Ulasan Courtyard Montreal West Island/Baie D’Urfe

Unfortunately, both Trip.com and Courtyard by Marriott Montreal West took my money and insisted that I check into the hotel even with a positive COVID result. They seem not to care about public health or the other customers for the sake of money. I didn’t show up at the hotel and was not refunded or given a credit. They want your money but not interested in a business practice that consider unfortunate or unavoidable circumstances for the customer, sad.

The room is spacious and clean, close to the highway exit, easy to get in and out. Breakfast is ordered, and it costs $15 per person. There are also Starbucks coffee and croissants that can be taken away for breakfast. The hotel is in West Island, 30 minutes drive from the main city

It is very suitable for self-driving travel. The hotel is located in the suburbs and there are no commercial supporting facilities nearby. However, the hotel is clean and tidy and very new. There is no parking fee and it is very cost-effective.

Cleanliness: There were bed bugs and there were hairs on the towels! too disgusting

The environment is very good. In the suburbs, there is no charge for the parking lot. No food service around

Very average, I won’t stay here for a second time anyway
