Typic Marina Playa - Adults Only

Excellent place to stay with great views. Very clean and lovely pool area. Would definitely stay here again as the staff were brilliant. Each and everyone of them we encountered were friendly, helpful, informative and always greeted you and smiling! Makes such a difference to a place when the staff are happy. The cleaners were smiley and friendly and nothing was too much trouble! Breakfast and coffee good, cocktails delicious. Only down side was the free sweets on the cart as I had to stop and eat some everyday 🤣🤣

This hotel is fantastic. It is very easy to see why it is so highly rated on this website. The position is perfect; right in front of Playa Es Pouet beach; with supermarkets, restaurants and a taxi rank very close by; and it is only a ten minute walk round to the start of San Antonio (I’ve selected O Beach as this point). Upon arrival we were greeted with smiling faces and a welcome drink! We had booked a sea view studio (209) which overlooked the pool terrace and had amazing views out to sea. It was spacious, clean, had a large balcony, a kitchenette (which we didn’t use), and a lovely bathroom with a great shower. All the areas are immaculately clean. The pool terrace and bar area is great, with sun all day, and plenty of loungers, day beds and parasols. There are panoramic views of the bay, and a DJ plays chilled house music from 1pm onwards. All the staff are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Special mention to Enrique on the terrace for keeping me hydrated every afternoon! 😉 The food was really good. We had the continental breakfast one morning, as well as a pizza and nachos during the day. Served promptly, very tasty, and very much enjoyed sat on the terrace looking out into the bay. The food and drink is possibly a bit on the expensive side (€7 for a bottle of Corona, €14 for a pink gin and lemonade, €13 for nachos with cheese), but I don’t mind that too much, cos it tends to keep the riff raff out! I’d say the clientele is mainly groups of girls and couples. There was a few hen do’s staying there. But I wouldn’t say its a stag do sort of place. It’s a bit too chilled for that. Overall I cannot fault this place at all, and will definitely return!

I've booked at Marina Playa because I've trusted the reviews in traveling sites. The hotel is wonderful, and in 25 years of coming to Ibiza in summer I've found the definitive place to stay. The position is perfect, in front of a beach, near supermarkets and restaurants and at 10 minutes walk to S.Antonio. There is a pool with DJ, bar, and a panoramic view, the staff is smiling and helpful. The hotel is as clean as I've rarely seen. A special mention to the girls at the reception and to the director for their help.

Just back from an amazing 3 night stay. The hotel could not be faulted. The staff are amazing, attentative and incredibly welcoming. The hotel is immaculately clean. The pool side is beautiful and the breakfast experience was just wonderful. I will be back....!

An amazing place. Staff incredibly friendly. Spotlessly clean. Great terrace with sun all day and plenty of loungers and cabanas(free!!) by pool with umbrellas if required. The continental breakfast was absolutely great- laid out on individual trays at your table. Best I have had anywhere and a fab place to have it on the terrace looking out to sea. We had a room at the back so really quiet. Room and balcony large with kitchenette. Location: third of the way along San Antonio bay about 20 mins walk to St Antoni town on path beside sea. Spent a day in Ibiza town- well worth a visit. Caught a bus on road about 8 mins walk from hotel (rather than the longer walk to bus station). Spent another day in Santa Eulària (catching bus from bus station. Great walk along promenade there.

I stayed at the Typic Marina Playa last week with my bridesmaids to get ready for my wedding. Your staff went above and beyond and I want to thank you for this, including giving us a bottle of champagne and Ibiza lollypop. Lovely clean and comfortable rooms with a beautiful view. Thank you for everything.

Very good hotel, comfortable bed, good breakfast, amazing view. Pool bar perfect to watch the sunset. Just a bit noisy at night (no good windows isolation) and I will recommend to add some eggs at the breakfast basket. Staff very helpful and nice

This hotel is fantastic. Spotlessly clean and the rooms are spacious and modern. We are flying home tomorrow (18th May) after 5 wonderful nights here. The pool area is really nice, with chilled music playing during the daytime. Food and drink are great also. We loved the continental breakfast which is served on a tray which had loads of nice treats on there. The staff are very friendly and we had no issues at all during our stay. Location is great also. We will definitely be back here next year.. Get booking people 😊

No welcome drink, gift or best room available as stated on website if you book direct with the hotel as we where placed on the bottom floor but other then that a very pleasant stay Rooms very comfy, clean and well decorated. Staff very friendly and a nice relaxed atmosphere by the pool
