NOXIOUS FUMES FILL ELEVATOR
Enough to cause DIZZINESS (poor Employees!!!)
(HOTEL WILL REFUSE YOUR REFUND)
Noxious GLUE/SPRAY PAINT SMELL FILLS HALLS
AND PERMEATES THE AIR VENTS!!
(I usually call b4 to check on ANNOYING CONSTRUCTION (they NEVER ANSWERED PHONE))

Best service and amenities in the city with friendly staff. Although need to fix broken shower heads, door locks, bidet, and especially right size toilet seat. ₱1000 cash deposit was quite a hassle.

All in all ayos naman. Malapit din sa burnham park saka sa mga sakayan ng Jeep. Masarap din naman matulog. Malapit din sa mga murang kainan. Okay naman ung location un mahalaga eh saka maayos naman tutulugan mo kasi mas mahaba stay mo sa labas kaysa sa loob. Saka wala pala window ahahah kaya mas prefer namin sa labas 😂

The room is very clean and comfy but my request to have a window was not granted. The remote control of the led tv and aircon were a little bit damage. We arrived at the hotel early but they did not allow us to check in early but they were so accomodating of letting our baggage be left at the hotel lobby so that we can roam around baguio more freely. Thanks for the service! Till next time again.

i booked a week ahead and expecting that everything will go smoothly. But when i arrived at the hotel they gave me the shittiest room in 5th floor. a non working telephone, no room slippers and a non functional hair dryer. They gave me the front desk cellphone number since the room telephone is not working but nobody answers. So if i need anything i need to go down just for them to know what i need to say and what service i need from them. They did not even offered to transfer us to a different room despite all our complaints. The room is too small and there were no blankets. The front desk are not approachable but the trainees are very polite.

The location was perfect very near to all tourists spot, the room is big there is hot and cold water, tv, ac is available. But the telephone in our room is not working,breakfast is delicious traditional filipino dish buffet,. we tired also their chessy carbonara and thats perfect! Highly recommend staff are very friendly and accommodating.
