Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa

Excellent staff who clearly make the extra effort so you enjoy your stay. For our evening meal we had the pork belly sharing platter in Hillfield restaurant which was lovely. Breakfast in the Thesis was included with the room where you can order from the menu and help yourself to a well stocked buffet. I had the eggs Benedict, pictured below. The spa is very well maintained with a pleasant atmosphere. Would love to come back again.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel between Xmas and New Year. It was only a one night stay as a treat/rest from a hectic few weeks and it definitely delivered that. The spa was just amazing, Plenty of space so didn't feel too busy. A excellent variety of different rooms and areas to use. Changing rooms were a room in themselves. I also had a treatment and it was excellent. We had access to this as soon as we checked in. We used it again the next morning and virtually had the place to ourselves as it was before the day spa guest arrived. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable, every amenity you could ask for. We did have a maintenance issue but that was sorted very professionally by staff. We had a meal in the bar in the evening and the food was excellent. One of the best things with this hotel was the staff that we encountered throughout our stay. They were all so friendly and yet professional at the same time and we thank them for making our stay so special. We cant wait to return again and would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering going, its well worth it.

I stayed at Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa on 3rd and 4th November 2023. It was a truly relaxing experience. The hotel room was amazing especially in size. It gave me Bridgerton show vibes... absolutely loved the spa. The staff exceptionally welcoming and caring... Highly recommended for family get togethers. Prior to going I checked the gallery . When I actually went , I saw the place was so much better than the pictures. Absolutely loved it.

This place just gets better and better. We have stayed here a few times over the years and we were so surprised they have updated it so much! We have always said it’s the perfect place to relax and this time was even better. They have added sections to the spa making it bigger than previously remembered. Our room was outstanding and beautiful, it overlooked the spa and it was the perfect morning to wake up to. It was a pleasure to see James on reception as he was present working on our wedding day over 6 years ago. He still remembers us after all these years and is always welcoming. It was also a delight to see Roy in the bar. Roy always has a smile on his face and is so accommodating for all the guests. This place is special not only because of the accommodation and the facilities. But because the staff are amazing and make it feel like a second home. Thank you so much Mr and Mrs Kettle

My wife and I arrived early afternoon and was greeted by Tom from the reception team who gave a first class service, showing us to our room and explaining what was available to us. The room was luxurious, spacious, clean and of a very high standard. We then met up with friends before sampling the afternoon tea which was exceptional. The food and service was outstanding and Arish gave a five star service, explaining the variety of teas and pastries that were being served that day. That evening we managed to get some time in the Spa which was again absolutely exceptional and we returned the next morning to continue the experience before heading home. The whole experience was brilliant and I would highly recommend it as a hotel of choice. A special thank you to Natalie and Nina from the front of house team who looked after us during our stay.

We have just returned from a fabulous stay at Pennyhill Park Hotel & Spa. On arrival there is a large free car park for guests. As you enter the hotel, staff are welcoming and friendly. We were very lucky to have sunny weather for a walk around part of the extensive grounds to see the rhododendrons in full bloom. The spa facilities are very special and it is easy to spend hours in the various pools, saunas and steam rooms. We also enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea on one of the days of our stay. A special word of appreciation to Arish who served tea and explained each of the cakes and sandwiches included with our tea. Well done young man. We had a lovely experience and will remember the friendly and attentive staff that made our stay so enjoyable. Thank you and a special word of appreciation to Rachael, the hotel rooms manager.

We just wanted to pass on our thanks and gratitude to you and your team for the way you made Jane’s 60th birthday so special. From the little touches of the sparkling wine, cake & sample gin on arrival to the room upgrade to the Bluebell room & professional standards of everyone we had the pleasure of making contact with, including the spa, masseuse, bar, restaurant and of course front of house staff. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Pennyhill Park to our friends and family, & you never know we might come back & see you again in the future!

A luxurious break made even better by the staff - so friendly and helpful. A warm welcome from Olga at reception who gave us plenty of information and showed us to our room. Before returning home I had a relaxing facial and head massage by Katie - bliss. My first visit but definitely not my last

This was our third visit to Pennyhill spa and hotel and it never disappoints. Such beautiful rooms , outstanding food and a tranquil Spa. We had a minor problem that was hardly worth mentioning but I had the pleasure in speaking to Sinny who dealt with my comment with empathy and efficiency. She absolutely made me feel emotional with everything she did to make up for the minor mistake ( spa treatment ) I can’t wait to re visit Thank you for being a faultless Hotel
