"The hotel is brand new, with beautifully finished, spacious rooms. The lobby is also tastefully designed, with comfortable sofas that create a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service and management do not yet match the quality of the physical facilities. The health club is unmanned, with the spa and sauna seemingly left to their own devices. Guests have to ask the receptionist to call a staff member to provide towels and turn on the facilities. There is also no bench or seating area where guests can relax after using the sauna. The rooftop restaurant is ideally located and nicely maintained, offering a setting that could be excellent for both breakfast and dining. Sadly, however, the quality of the food was disappointing. There was also an issue at checkout. Although I had already paid for my entire stay through Trip.com, the receptionist asked me to pay again. Fortunately, the matter was resolved satisfactorily after a phone call with a more senior member of staff. Overall, this could be an excellent hotel. The building, rooms, lobby and facilities have considerable potential, but the hotel needs much more professional and attentive management to bring the overall experience up to the standard its impressive physical facilities deserve."

"I stumbled upon this hotel on Xiaohongshu just before my business trip to Baghdad. The hotel offers an airport pick-up service, and their own vehicle was spotlessly clean. The driver, a local, was incredibly polite and chatty, sharing many fascinating stories about the area during the journey. The rooms are generously sized, easily accommodating a family of three, and were very quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The complimentary welcome fruit platter was exceptionally fresh, with sweet, delicious fruits. All three meals are served buffet-style, and as someone who works abroad for long periods, it was a real treat to find authentic Chinese food here. The hotel also features a tea lounge on the ground floor. It was quite interesting to unwind there with a cup of tea after meals, while watching others work out. From check-in to check-out, the overall service and experience were exceptional. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍"
