這個酒店是我每次來法蘭克福必定的酒店，早餐很豐富，酒店很乾凈，服務員人也很好

Ein perfektes, sehr sauberes und schön eingerichtetes Business Hotel. Service sehr gut, nur höfliches und gut gelauntes Personal. Wir kommen wieder👍

酒店附近沒有地鐵或者輕軌，需要坐11站公交車才能找到地鐵。 酒店附近有超市，買東西方便，但沒有餐廳

還可以，稍微有點老式

交通方便，旁邊有超市可逛！

Room was clean and comfirtable. Brekfest was very taste, personal is bery proffesional and friendly. I wad enjoy in hotel.

A friendly reception on arrival and departure framed this very pleasant stay. Spacious, comfortable room. Good location with shops and bus stops nearby. Plenty of parking space.

Lufthansa missed its own connections so forced us here. It’s WAY from Frankfurt airport. Others at front desk complaining their rooms were already occupied!! NO AIR CONDITIONING. Hot as heck in the rooms. They do offer fans but how can a supposed four star hotel (per Lufthansa) not have AC? They do have buffet dinner and breakfast but that is all LH negotiated in.

The hotel was marvellous and the staff made me feel incredibly welcome from the start. There was no question or request that was too much. It’s a great area near a bus stop into Frankfurt city centre and has a variety of stores in the local area.

Sehr schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal, angemessene Preise in der Hotelbar. Der Inhalt der Minibar war kostenlos. Beim Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend vorhanden. Verschiedene Semmeln, auch Vollkorn. Wellnessbereich auch OK. Zwar nur zwei Saunen, aber dafür ebenfalls kostenlos. Die Betten hätten für unseren Geschmack noch ein wenig bequemer sein.

Kann man nur Empfehlen. Schön, sauber große ruhige Zimmer. Gutes Restaurant. Gutes Frühstück. Nettes Personal. Was will man mehr.

Immer wieder schön, einfach empfehlenswert Super schönes sauber Zimmer tolles Bad und vorallem sehr gutes Essen und einen fantastischen Barkeeper. Und auch mit meinem Hund gibt es keine Probleme. Ein sehr angenehmes familiäres Hotel wo man sich wohlfühlen kann. Frühstück sehr große Auswahl und auch eine gute Qualität.

Ein gutes Hotel in bester Lage mit sehr netten und kompetenten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiten. Das Frühstück wie auch das Restaurant sind empfehlenswert. Wir übernachten immer gerne im City-Hotel auf dem Heilsberg.
