The reception changed the dates and then they did not accept it.
They forced Etra to pay a fee
It is not a positive hotel at all, I definitely do not recommend it.!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel and location top! However, I don't understand how a staff can be like this! Lack of English language, no smile during the reception as if they were doing me a favor. 0 courtesy compared to other countries

Elevators have serious issues and no bod attends. Staff is least care about safety of guest. No body comes up to help you even if you call at reception. Room kettle not working and no body attending even after multiple calls , visits.

I stayed in this hotel in November 2024 for 4 Nights whilst on a business trip and my experience was significantly below my expectations for a supposedly 5 star hotel. I booked here at a short notice based on a local Tunisian friends advice. However, i understand that it seems that there standards have deteriorated significantly in the past months recently as they are currently undergoing a change of management to the Radisson Group. Upon Check-In, the staff at the reception was not efficient at all, it took them 1.5 hrs after my arrival before they could complete the formalities and allocated a room to me. The staff at check-in promised me she would be creating a Radisson Rewards account for me which did not happen to date. Moreover, during my stay there every night from 1am to 2am I was woken up loud music coming from the Nightclub in the hotel. To add to the horror, I decided to have dinner at the Dar Zmen Restaurant on one of the nights to find a hair in my lentil soup. After I pointed out finding a hair in my soup, the restaurant staff attempted to convince me that it was a carrot fiber which it was not! Taking the elevator from the 4th floor to the lobby was incredibly frustrating. It often took around 30mins for the elevator to arrive and when it finally did, it stopped on every single floor making the journey down unnecessary long. I shared my negative experience with the staff during checkout but all I received in response was a dismissive shrug as if there was no care for anything shared with them. I would never stay in this hotel again!

Very modern hotel close to airport. Reception will schedule pick up for about 50 dinar. Air conditioning took a while to cool the room, and the fridge was unplugged. Kettle,coffee and tea, iron and safe. We did have to call reception to reset the safe. Breakfast has a lot of options, including an egg station.. Pastries are excellent. Gate1 included a farewell dinner, which was excellent. I assume other meals or room service would be equally good. On-site spa and outside "lap" pool.

Very bad attitude behavior from the reception employee at night shift. Management should train him how to treat the hotel guests.other services were acceptable. Room cleaning very good. Breakfast is good and has variety. Bell boy friendly. Housekeeping staff was helpful. Hotel location is very good near to the airport

A good surprise. I didnt expect that in city center 5-star hotel. Very good value to money. The staff are friendly and helpful. Open buffet dinner in Ramadan was great. A good place to hold meeting or a function. The safe in the room is locked!!. Ask the frontdesk for help.

Comfortable room with decent beds and air conditioning. The bathroom has a tub / shower, but it is very difficult to get out because it's pretty high . Tge buffet breakfast is decent with a variety of food choices. They have 4 elevators, so there is no backup in trying to get to your room.

Amazing staff and great service. Worth every star! Great place to rest and get rejuvenated or if it's for business purposes, you can count on the professionalism of the helpful staff. I definitely recommend exploring the numerous restaurants in the radius of the Laico hotel.
