"A very quiet hotel, in a quiet place, near the beach. Living on the 3rd floor, viewing towards the street, from the balcony in the morning, the sun rises over the sea. From the hotel 10 minutes to the nearest shop on foot, there are stops in the direction of the port and the direction of the city of Aivalik. The room has everything you need - a working air conditioner, hot water showers, washing facilities, a teapot. In the closet only 2 hangers (I think that is the norm in Turkey). The refrigerator didn't work, but you could use what was standing on the veranda for food. Stopped for two nights - there was no cleaning, the towels weren't changed. Maybe it was all possible to do on order, but I didn't have to. Wi-fi is available only in public places the area is large enough. Staff is friendly and responsive. To the mold and port, it was easy to walk, but in comfortable shoes. I recommend for a quiet rest and solo travel."

Breakfast is plentiful; scrambled eggs and other items are available upon request. Private parking. Very helpful owner with very reasonable prices. Would gladly stay again. "When we planned a last minute holiday with friends in Cunda and couldn't find a place, we had to make a reservation here. If it wasn't for the last minute, I would never have stayed. It was the worst place I've ever stayed. In fact, my son said, "Mom, this is so bad." and we ran away from there. Our friends stayed in the city center of Cunda for a more affordable price. We stayed in a filthy place far from the city without breakfast for a higher price. Well, it's cheap because it's bad. It's not cheap. It's run by an old couple who don't know anything about business. The rooms are so broken down that I can't even describe it. They didn't bother to fix anything. The drawers of the wardrobe are broken and the lids are crooked. They just put a broken lamp on top of the fridge. The fridge's freezer lid is broken. The inside is dirty and the cleanliness is zero. The toilet shakes when you sit on it. It feels like it's going to break at any moment. There's a disgusting drain smell from the bathroom. The interesting thing is that the ventilation window of the toilet opens into the room. Naturally, that smell fills the room. What kind of nonsense is this? They said let's just take money and not provide any other service. We didn't feel like having breakfast in such a bad place, so we didn't want breakfast anyway, they wanted an extra 300 TL per person, it had a pool, but we didn't even look at it, we thought, how can the pool be clean when the rooms are like this? I'm surprised at those who gave positive comments, maybe the room they stayed in wasn't that bad, but ours was the family room on the ground floor, I'll post the photos, you can get an idea from there."

"We prefer this hotel for Cunda. A great hotel in every sense. They help you best in every matter. You understand how individually they are and how they are. Our room was very clean. The hotel is a peaceful judge. The open buffet was better than the breakfast as it should have been, and they make the difference with surprise bonuses. We spent a lot of time on the backyard and front terrace:) This was very practical and easy to reach the heart of the Cunda by walking along with all this beautiful thing. It was a major detail that rooms were so quiet in so central and we found it successfully, not uncomfortable. We haven't met with sound and noise-like thing. I absolutely recommend. You can prefer with your heart money. We liked it very much 👏👏👏"
