"Sukha Cunda Hotel was a really incredible experience for us. We had made reservations in Cunda when we were looking for the hotel, but we were very happy when we left. All staff were very intimate and loved in terms of cleaning, comfort, interest and the matter. It was also a nice gesture that they helped us with our early entry request. Although the hotel's pool is a little small, we enjoyed the calm; a great choice for those who want to get away from the crowd and listen to the head. The location is very advantageous: you can walk to the centre of the island in about 10 minutes. If you wish, it is possible to walk through the intergates but it is difficult to walk in a bag because the roads are straight and stone. The hotel is also just 5 minutes away from the Un Değirmeni. The transportation of public transport vehicles through the hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast was certainly above our expectations. There were tastes that were not shown but prepared in a special way, which could be used to savour the vein. It was a separate pleasure to make breakfast at the pool, which was enriched every day by a different sweet, fruit or hamster job. The hotel has an agreement to make free access to Surya Beach. The main road is accessible in about 10 minutes. The beach also has a very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere with the sea, the atmosphere and the calm. We stayed for 4 days and were very happy every moment. We are thinking of coming back as soon as possible"

"The rooms we well below standard with water damaged walls and dirty bathrooms that stank. I complained and was told they were full. They did nothing to rectify the situation. We even had to ask for a top sheet on the bed and they just gave the sheet and did not seem to know how to make a bed with a sheet. The restaurant staff were great but there was no buffet and offered limited choice of dishes for dinner. Breakfast they brought to the table. Wonderful beach. No additional facilities. This hotel should NOT be listed on Qantas holidays - it is NOT recommended. "

The staff, the food, the rooms, the clientele – everything about it is zero. I was forced to give it one star, but it doesn't even deserve that. My three-and-a-half-year-old daughter and her father were devastated by vomiting and diarrhea the next day. After my father's tests, the doctor said they had food poisoning. They were sick until the day we left. They caught germs from either the food or the water. They probably give people tap water instead of purified water. As for the food, it was the same food served the next day, undercooked meatballs, and absolutely no taste, salt, or variety. The tea was stale, and the fruit juice was good. They should have made a link or something. We live in Edirne and didn't want to travel far, but we regret it immensely. I don't even know which ugly thing to describe. There were many other sick people besides us. Another family who came with us left their vacation before it was over, vomiting. Don't come here, and don't believe the good reviews. I honestly don't know how those who leave good reviews can say that. The doctor apparently costs 3000 lira. By the way, the bed linens are never changed, and the room... As soon as we left, they took our wristbands so we wouldn't eat their disgusting food. The manager at reception was probably yelling at the customers. It's a filthy hotel, both physically and mentally, a breeding ground for disease. Don't go there, trust the reviews, don't throw your money away."

"1) Çalışanlar ( House keeping, restoran, resepsiyon ) son derece düzgün insanlar ve otel bence onların yüzü gözü hürmetine yüksek puan alıyor. Oteli bence onlar ceviriyor. 2) Otelin işletmecisi olduğunu varsaydığımız Demet hanim özelinde iletişimde sıkıntı var. Tarz ı iyi bir işletmeciden çok uzak. Sanki mekan onun evinin salonu edasıyla hareket ediyor. Karşılaştığımız sorunları ve Demet hanım ın yaklaşımlarını anlatacağım. Hava Ayvalıkta ben kaldığımda 38 derece idi. Birinci sorun;Otelin tek ortak alanı olan restoranda KLIMA yok. ( Gecen sene varmış, bozulmus, bu sene yok). Burası kahvaltı-öğlen-akşam yemeğinizi yiyebildiğiniz alan. Ördeklerin yüzdüğü su kenarında bir mekan burası. (restoran sürgülü camlarla kapalı bir alan, sabahları camları açıyorsunuz, hava geliyor güneş dönmediği için ). Ancak eğer otelde kalmanız gerekiyorsa ( ki ben LAPTOP umla çalışmak zorunda idim, 2-3 günümü otelde full geçirmem gerekti) öğleden sonra bu restoran alanı cehennem gibi sıcak oluyor. Ve orada çalışmak zorunda kaldım. Demet hanım, bana, camları açın essin, ceryan yapsın, ya da odada çalışın, gibi haddini aşan, sanki karşısındaki çocukmuş gibi saçma sapan akıllar vermeye çalıştı. ( Cok ugrasip, biraz da kendisiyle tartışma yasadıktan sonra, odaya calisabilmem icin masa ve sandalye verildi. ) Ikinci sorun; Bir gece cok rüzgar olmuş ve çatıdaki bazı sistemler paneller hasar görmüş ( Sabah sıcak su olmasını engelleyen bir durum oluşmuş ). Biz sabah erken otelden çıkarken odada sıcak su olmadığını farketmedik çünkü duşa girmedik. Aksam 8 de denizden geldik, tuzlu su içindeyiz. 4 kadın arkadas 2 ayrı odada kalıyorduk. Banyoya mecburen girdik ve cok zorlanarak soguk sularla banyo yapmak zorunda kaldık. Ve Demet hanim, resepsiyonda beni gordugunde, soguk su saclara yaramış, güzel görünüyor gibi hadsiz bir espri yaptı. Ozetle, Ayvalık gibi bir yerde otelin varsa, restoranina, ortak alanina KLIMA koymak farzdır. Sıcak su konusu en olması gereken seydir otelde. Arıza gece olduysa, ne yapar eder, teknik servisleri ertesi gün vaktinde bulur, arızanı gün içinde onartırsın. Böyle bir rahatlık olmaz, olmamalı. Otel işletmecilerinin, hizmet sektorunun sadece param var otel açtım konusu olmadığını, insanların sınırlı zamanlarında iş ya da dinlenme icin bu otellere geldigini iyi idrak edip, kendilerini saglam bir iletişim egitiminden gecirmesi gerekiyor. Ama tekrar ediyorum, otel çalışanları, restoran, resepsiyon, house keeping, cok tatlı cok cici insanlardı."
