"TR/EN The rooms were as in the pictures. However, the room cleaning and bathroom hygiene were unfortunately disturbing and at a point that made the hairs stand on end. (I don't want to give details and cause nausea) The floor in the room was wooden parquet flooring but there were no slippers to use. Since we were going to check out of the hotel early in the morning (06.40), we asked for cold sandwiches and drinks to be prepared for us the day before (as in every hotel). Why? Because the package we bought was a bed and breakfast. However, the person in charge rejected it very firmly, including facial expressions, saying that there was no kitchen attendant at that time and that they could not serve breakfast including sandwiches. At what time does the hotel breakfast start and the person who checked in has not been there yet?!) Anyway... A bad experience and accommodation that I cannot recommend... Otel kahvaltısı kaçta başlıyor ki o saatte gireli kişi henüz orada değil?!) Neyse ... Tavsiye edemeyeceğim kadar kotu bir deneyim ve konaklama ... Gelişte kahve ikramı hatırana da güzel şeyler yazamazdım!"

"Delicious Meals, cute service team, breathtaking views, warm atmosphere. If you like swimming this is one of the best beaches in Ayvalik. Peaceful lovely beach and very good music. I hardly recommend to have sangria on the sand. Also it is a pet friendly facility. We are planning to be here for all summer weekends. Advice you to be here."

"This is truly a hidden gem in a highly secluded little bay in the Nort-Western Aegean shores of Turkey which is owned by a former opera singer couple. Although this is a 44 year old establishment, it well kept and finally had passed through a major renovation a fee years ago. Rooms are extremely well-designed with modern amenities with full wifi coverage everywhere. Their kitchen is so well could very well deserve one michelin star, especially fish choices including the raw ones are truly stunning, the level of art of cooking very, very high level. The private beach and the “micro bay” (or “cove” you could even say) is just a paradise on earth. I highly recommend. Trust me, you won’t regret! As far as the month of visit concerned I highly recommend June or first week of September."

"Hello, we visited the hotel with my family for 2 days in September. In general, there is no problem with the location of the hotel and its proximity to the sea. The rooms are not bad. The bed is new and clean but the bathrooms are a little worn. The curtains are torn and old. Towels are a mix of old and new. There are not many food options in the restaurant. 2 main dishes and 2 side dishes are fixed every day, but the taste is not bad. There will be no hunger. The sweet and salty cookies served at the bar of the hotel are delicious. Pita was also available, but he didn't experience it. The free desserts in the restaurant are delicious. Service staff serve the main dishes. The appetizers and salads in the restaurant are delicious. Drinking water is provided as purified in the hotel. The sun loungers on the beach are broken and their cushions are very worn out. Everything is fine until the reception, but after that it's a disappointment. There are serious problems in the approach, behavior and discipline of the employees. They have no solution focus or flexibility. Customer satisfaction is not taken into consideration. There is a majority of tourists from Bulgarian and Balkan countries. For those coming from Turkey, they accept entry through a single agency. For this reason, the price is quite high compared to the service received. Likewise, the fee is approximately 9 times the amount paid by tourists coming with groups from abroad. I believe that for the same price paid to this hotel, much better coverage and service can be purchased in a different hotel or location. I don't plan on coming again. "

"1) Çalışanlar ( House keeping, restoran, resepsiyon ) son derece düzgün insanlar ve otel bence onların yüzü gözü hürmetine yüksek puan alıyor. Oteli bence onlar ceviriyor. 2) Otelin işletmecisi olduğunu varsaydığımız Demet hanim özelinde iletişimde sıkıntı var. Tarz ı iyi bir işletmeciden çok uzak. Sanki mekan onun evinin salonu edasıyla hareket ediyor. Karşılaştığımız sorunları ve Demet hanım ın yaklaşımlarını anlatacağım. Hava Ayvalıkta ben kaldığımda 38 derece idi. Birinci sorun;Otelin tek ortak alanı olan restoranda KLIMA yok. ( Gecen sene varmış, bozulmus, bu sene yok). Burası kahvaltı-öğlen-akşam yemeğinizi yiyebildiğiniz alan. Ördeklerin yüzdüğü su kenarında bir mekan burası. (restoran sürgülü camlarla kapalı bir alan, sabahları camları açıyorsunuz, hava geliyor güneş dönmediği için ). Ancak eğer otelde kalmanız gerekiyorsa ( ki ben LAPTOP umla çalışmak zorunda idim, 2-3 günümü otelde full geçirmem gerekti) öğleden sonra bu restoran alanı cehennem gibi sıcak oluyor. Ve orada çalışmak zorunda kaldım. Demet hanım, bana, camları açın essin, ceryan yapsın, ya da odada çalışın, gibi haddini aşan, sanki karşısındaki çocukmuş gibi saçma sapan akıllar vermeye çalıştı. ( Cok ugrasip, biraz da kendisiyle tartışma yasadıktan sonra, odaya calisabilmem icin masa ve sandalye verildi. ) Ikinci sorun; Bir gece cok rüzgar olmuş ve çatıdaki bazı sistemler paneller hasar görmüş ( Sabah sıcak su olmasını engelleyen bir durum oluşmuş ). Biz sabah erken otelden çıkarken odada sıcak su olmadığını farketmedik çünkü duşa girmedik. Aksam 8 de denizden geldik, tuzlu su içindeyiz. 4 kadın arkadas 2 ayrı odada kalıyorduk. Banyoya mecburen girdik ve cok zorlanarak soguk sularla banyo yapmak zorunda kaldık. Ve Demet hanim, resepsiyonda beni gordugunde, soguk su saclara yaramış, güzel görünüyor gibi hadsiz bir espri yaptı. Ozetle, Ayvalık gibi bir yerde otelin varsa, restoranina, ortak alanina KLIMA koymak farzdır. Sıcak su konusu en olması gereken seydir otelde. Arıza gece olduysa, ne yapar eder, teknik servisleri ertesi gün vaktinde bulur, arızanı gün içinde onartırsın. Böyle bir rahatlık olmaz, olmamalı. Otel işletmecilerinin, hizmet sektorunun sadece param var otel açtım konusu olmadığını, insanların sınırlı zamanlarında iş ya da dinlenme icin bu otellere geldigini iyi idrak edip, kendilerini saglam bir iletişim egitiminden gecirmesi gerekiyor. Ama tekrar ediyorum, otel çalışanları, restoran, resepsiyon, house keeping, cok tatlı cok cici insanlardı."
