Anonymous Beach Hotel (Adults 16+)

Just returned from our third visit to this fabulous hotel. The staff are just the best and will always do their u**ost to help. Before we found this hotel we did not go away together and now we plan to come here as often as we can. The beach across the road is lovely and means you do not have to go far if you don’t want to. Special mention has to go to Gabi, Pascale and Anu who looked after us so well. We are so pleased to have found this hotel and cannot wait to come back again.

I've visited this hotel at different times of the year, but this has been my favourite month. Whilst Aiya Napa itself was quieter, there was still sufficient places to visit, shops open and the bus service ran as normal. The dining area has had a complete makeover and is fresh and modern. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and a great variety to suit every diet. Evening dining is now A La Carte and the setting is more intimate. The meals I had were of generous proportions, good quality, well presented and reasonably priced. The pool is pristine, and considering it was early in the season it was warm enough to go in. With it being adults only, it's nice you are able to properly swim in it. The rooms are always kept clean and serviced daily. The sea views from this hotel are the best! Most of all, it is the work force that make this hotel. I've never stayed at another hotel whereby everyone is so friendly, helpful and extremely hardworking. Nothing is too much trouble and should you have a problem it is quickly resolved. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome and you'll definitely want to return.

Great little getaway. Pascalli and Gabbi and Katie are Fantastic and a true credit to this resort. Chef Panicos did a great job with food although I wanted more Cypriot cuisine not eastern European food. Who wants to go to Cyprus and eat German and Russian food? You can't beat Cypriot food (fact) A couple negative points: Finding out that I had to pay to use the safe in my room left a bad taste in my mouth, for me, minimum requirement is that I can leave my room and know my belongings are safe. We shouldn't have to pay for that privilege. We have already payed a lot to be there. also had to pay to use towels and then pay to have them washed was also a kick in the teeth. Clean towels daily is a basic fundamental at a resort in my opinion. The entertainment at the hotel was dull but when you look at the guests it made sense. This resort seems to draw an older crowd and sometimes felt like I was sitting in a doctors surgery which to be fair encouraged us to get out and about. The beach behind the hotel is the worst I've been to but if you take a short walk or drive the is Nissi and Makronisos which are Fantastic. All in all, a nice little break, we would definitely return to catch up with the staff and see our little buddy Bagheera (the black and white Kitten) who my wife and I adored and cared for while we were there. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out the Anonymous Beach Hotel was First Class. Excellent manager and team. My husband and I booked for our 21st Wedding Anniversary and what a surprise to see that this had been acknowledged, what a start to an absolutely fabulous holiday. Do not hesitate to book this hotel, the cleanliness is exceptional and you will be looked after that’s for sure.

The staff made us feel most welcomed, everyone was so nice and friendly and joyful😊. The room was super clean and freshened up every day (many thanks to the cleaning lady from the 5th floor). The food was amazing, many options for everyone. Andreas makes so many delicious sweets and he was so kind to us, even made a special cheesecake which was absolutely delicious. The hotel has many cool activities, we attended a fire show and one of the staff members, Pascal (hope I wrote the name right), demonstrated a traditional Cypriot dance. We had a great time, can't wait to come back. Thank you everyone!

Visited this hotel again this year not having been re Covid for a couple of years and it was a very pleasant visit again!!! The hotel is of a basic nature right on the beautiful Vathia Gonia beach! The staff are very caring especially Katie, Andry and the reception team! NOTHING is a problem to them and they do go above and beyond, especially Katie & Andry. The Dining Room staff are LOVELY too and could not be more helpful and accommodating, nothing is a problem to them and they are ALWAYS smiling!!! If a basic hotel is for you this is definitely the place to go you will not be disappointed!!

My wife and I have just returned from a week's stay at the Anonymous Beach Hotel. The hotel is situated between Nissi Beach to the West and Ayia Napa town to the East. The hotel is literally located over the road from the beach - Sandy Bay, which is a lovely sandy beach with very calm almost transparent azure water. The hotel is rated 3* plus. The hotel is perhaps a little older than some, however, it is well maintained and spotlessly clean. There is free WiFi available, but it was not always possible to sustain a reliable connection during peak periods of use. The hotel is adults-only, and at the time we stayed appeared to have a slightly more mature clientele, including guests predominantly from the UK, but also including guests from Austria, Germany, Poland and Russia. The rooms are basic, with two single beds put together, an en-suite bathroom with shower and a balcony with a view of the bay. The room was in good condition and was very thoroughly cleaned each day. We were slightly surprised find that there was a charge for use of the safe. There were tea & coffee making facilities and a fridge and adequate electrical outlets and charging points. We selected a half-board option of breakfast and evening meal. Meal times sessions were of a good duration, therefore the restaurant was not crowded. The food was varied was served buffet-style and offered a good varied selection and generous quantities were available if desired. It was slightly disappointing that i) there is not a designated smoking area away from the dining area, so that those eating are not subjected to unwanted cigarette smoke, and ii) tea and coffee were available at breakfast but not with the evening meal. There was entertainment most evenings, and the prices of drinks were quite reasonable. Some people might find the entertainment a little sedate, however, Ayia Napa is only a taxi ride away. The outstanding feature of this hotel is it's staff. They were almost unfailingly friendly, attentive, and made you feel valued as a customer. Special mention goes out to Pascalli, Gabi and Kati; however should also include everyone else working in the kitchen, the restaurant, reception and the cleaning staff. The was one exception, - an English guy who worked as a waiter at breakfast, and who really has no business working with the public, and who's evident attitude to "foreigners" should be left in the 1970's. We thought that the Anonymous Beach Hotel offered very good value for money and exceptional service, and we look forward to visiting again.

We have just returned from Anonymous Beach Hotel after a weeks stay. This is a little jewel of a hotel right on the beach. All the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Kate on reception was amazing during our stay and solved any problems we had, ordered taxis etc and was so lovely, welcoming and polite, above and beyond she went for us, thank you Kate. Also the housekeeper lady, cleaned the rooms every day and left clean towels daily. Waiters and Chefs worked non stop and also went above and beyond. Will definitely stay here again, sad to leave but work calls. Keep up the great work everyone, we loved our stay here and will definitely be back 🥰 Also Corina Sports bar round the corner, gorgeous food at a great price, highly recommend

I want to leave an honest review. I have only ever stayed in 4* hotels minimum and this was a really good 3* plus The location is fantastic. Nissi Beach is absolutely stunning and just around the corner. Also only a 20 minute walk until ayia napa. What made this hotel stand out for me was the staff! They work so hard and are absolutely fantastic! The waitors literally don't stop and are so friendly. The Chef was who amazed me. I have never seen this in any hotel. He would literally come out, walk around the tables and speak to the guests. He would spend time explaining the foods to guests. He was just lovely. Kate on reception was exceptional. Great people skills and really went the extra mile for us when we had a problem. Thanks so much for that! (I hope you enjoyed our gift we left for you) :-) The rooms were spotless. Fresh towels and beds changed daily. Lovely comfy beds. The pool area was also spotless. Sometimes a struggle for a sunbed however it is a small hotel. The food was lovely although it does need to be kept a bit warmer... it was luke warm at times I have read on other reviews that there is loud music at night... I can honestly say it's really not that bad. It's Karaoke from a nearby hotel and always finished by 12. I can't comment on the hotel entertainment as we never watched it. We would just venture out a walk into ayia napa which had great bars. Just some constructive feedback: Keep the food a bit warmer and when we arrived in the middle of the night after travelling for 10 hours there was nobody on reception. We had to go looking for a staff member. It's the last thing we wanted to be be doing and maybe offer a welcome bottle of water and a snack. This is something I've experienced in other hotels and first impressions are everything!! Other than that a Fantastic Holiday
