About 7 min walk from city centre. Nicely decorated hotel, comfortable beds, hair dryer and fridge. Safe did not work. Only half glass door for shower. Street parking is by the hotel and safe. Breakfast was good value at 8 euros per pax and included eggs, ham, coffee machine, fruits, cereal, yoghurt. Bring your own hair conditioner snd bedroom skippers.

Un hôtel hyper propre avec une magnifique décoration, la chambre est bien équipé manquait juste le savon pour les mains. Un petit déjeuner varié.

The hotel rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential neighbourhood, it is within walking distance of the bus station and other sights. The receptionist Nizza, always had a smile and was very willing to help with advice on day visits to Porto and Coimbra. We enjoyed interacting with her as she was friendly and warm There was even a ramp to ascend 4 steps with luggage to reach the elevator. Our room was cleaned well everyday and linen replaced fresh. There is a mini fridge in the room The only thing missing was a kettle for hot water and provision for tea and coffee in the room.

I stay at the Hotel for two nights in March, I have some issue with my check in and request to talk to the manager Mr. Filipe, and he refused to talk to me, this is the first time that I request to talk to a hotel manager and he refused to listen to my issue, and at the end I found out that he is the Owner of the hotel, I don't really think this young owner is ready for the international travelers, his attitude is very rude and unfriendly. My 2 stars are giving to the front desk staff Ms Lilia, I name her Miss Yes, whatever I ask her, she always have a friendly smile, and say yes, yes, very welcoming, and also the breakfast staffs, they are very efficient ,friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the owner is so rude, so I won't go back again even I visit Aveiro . By the way, the communication is terrible too, I message them more than 5 times before I go, but they never reply. That's why my check in have some confusion occur. Unfortunately the owner is so rude, so I won't go back again even I visit Aveiro .

7 min walk from city centre. Street parking next to hotel was safe. Good sized room with comfortable beds, had a fridge and safe which wasn't working. Half door shower. Good value breakfast at 8 euros per pax included eggs, bacon, cereal, fruits, Portuguese egg tarts

Good location close to the centre,easy to park and quiet. Room was clean and bathroom good. AC didn’t work and no drinking water in the room. Breakfast was average and typical of Portugal. Staff at reception weren’t friendly.

Stayed 2 nights. Room spotless with adequate space. Breakfast was extra as was underground parking. Really friendly bar staff and wasn't expensive. The restaurant was being refurbished so ate in the town which would take around 10 mins. Averio is a little Venice and we went on the gondolas, for 45 mins was 15 euros each but worth it. We didn't book the trip in advance but you can do. Would definitely recommend the hotel and the area of Averio
