The house has 6 rooms for renting and we had the ensuite one which is about 35 sq. M. Its pretty new and high standard. We can also use the kitchen and other common areas. The whole house is about 300 sq. M. The location is about 25 minutes drive frim CBD. There is no supermarket within walking distance. Also the streets are narrow and has many parked cars because there are many similar share housing. Overall the stay is very enjoyable.

Excellent choice if you are traveling with kids.  The room was very clean and well equipped.  The kids loved their own separate sleeping area which had a single bed and a bunk bed that is capable of housing up to 4 kids.  Room price included a complimentary visit to the top of the sky tower.

This is a homestay. The owner's room is very large. There is a swimming pool in the backyard. The water is also warm. You can also soak in the hot springs. The space in the house is large. There is a refrigerator. The owner prepared bread and milk jam. It is suitable for the whole family.

It could have been a good stay with its superb location, direct access to Queen’s street and good value for money. The hygiene of the room was actually standard, but one day when returning to our room, I found my pajamas that were left on the bed thrown on the floor after the house keeping service. Probably the house keeper is used to doing this when making the bed but this time forgot to put them back. No matter what I felt very uncomfortable with what I’ve seen.

Booked Novotel at AKL airport since it was the closest hotel. Room was fantastic and since we had a flight out the next day, saved a lot of stress of getting a shuttle bus with our bags. The room was furnished with a very comfortable bed and bathroom was huge. Even though the AKL airport runway was visible from the room, due to double pane glass windows, we did not hear sounds of jets taking off or landing. Highly recommended if staying to catch early flight out to save time and hassle
