Overall, it is average and the location is quite convenient, near Queen Street. The room is relatively clean, but the kitchen supplies including microwave oven, oven and cooking utensils including frying pans and clay pots are poorly maintained and cannot be used. During the stay (5 days and 4 nights), there was no housekeeping provided, nor instructions on how to change towels, dispose of garbage, or purchase consumables such as toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. When checking in, the hotel staff did not mention the above arrangements. Fortunately, there is no cooking, there is not much garbage, and we have our own garbage bags. In addition, the day before departure, I asked about transportation information to the airport. The hotel staff provided a ”taxi” contact number and mentioned the fare. This service was originally very good, but unfortunately the driver contacted had questionable integrity. Before getting in the car, The charge was originally NZ$60, but when I finally arrived at the airport I was asked to pay NZ$70, which was very excessive. I hope the hotel can face up to this problem and not introduce this taxi company to customers, so as not to affect the hotel's image.

It’s funny that I get to write my first review for a hotel. Since this is a new hotel, there are no reviews for this hotel on any hotel platform. In addition, I have had disappointing accommodation experiences in Europe and Australia in the past. When booking a room, I can only try it with a luck mentality. Fortunately, I was very satisfied with this stay. The main entrance of the hotel is from the alley behind the church (note that it is not the door facing the road). The hotel facilities are new and clean. There is a coffee machine in the underground lobby, and bread and bottled juice are provided in the morning. The hotel staff were enthusiastic, proactive and courteous. When we checked in, they took the initiative to help us deliver our luggage to the room immediately. When we checked out, they also asked us if we needed help calling Taxi. They learned that we had arranged a Super Shuttle ourselves and took the initiative to help us communicate with the driver and provide guidance. The driver drove the car to the main entrance of the hotel (it turned out that there was another entrance to the parking space underneath the hotel). The hotel room is very clean, with enough space to open two large suitcases, and the view outside the window is very beautiful! All snacks and drinks in the room are free for guests to consume. The bathroom is very spacious and the toiletries are very fragrant and useful. However, the bathroom countertop is a bit lacking in space. We stayed here for three nights and the room was tidied the next day to our satisfaction. Overall, it was a good accommodation experience. It was a good place to rest and recharge after arriving in New Zealand after a long flight.

In general, everything is perfect except from the insufficient rubbish bins in the room. An extra trash bin is highly expected in the room not just providing a single bin in the toilet which is super inconvenient, btw, the room service is amazing and the receptionist is awesome. Looking forward to a discount in valet service, it's a little costy. Beautiful and beautiful!

The room is very clean, the environment is beautiful, the hotel service is good, the attitude is much better than that of South Island and the price is also cheaper. Environment: There is a bus stop at the door to take the bus directly to the port and the city center, and the rose garden is opposite (although it is a bit small). The room is very big. I book the villa room is very comfortable. I can go out and see the same large grassland in the sea. 😌 nzl holiday suburbs can choose. In addition, the restaurant dinner is good for my appetite 👍🏻

It was greatful to let us check in early after a long flight. Our first stop at Auckland is so pleasure and comfortable. Recommend to everyone who'd like to have a woderful stay in Auckland. Though it's not right in the downtown, but it just takes 18 minites to walk to the central park and Auckland War memorial museum. There's a small grocery store nearby and if you're looking for something fresh,it took 5minute ride to a Count Down with free parking. (And a 24hr laundry in front of the building). Good accomodation if you're planning your trip in Auckland.

I was really lucky to be allocated to room 8A which is facing to fort st. The noise from the KTV was loud esp on the last weekend of school holiday - luckily I'm still managed to sleep. What worried me most from others reviews was, the place is an emergency accommodation and their experience was really scary. I'm so lucky nothing happened during my stay. What I learnt after reading the reviews of this hotel is - check if was listed as crisis accommodation before you book

Hotel location is very good, crossing a small road is the port, not far from the sky tower Queen Street; the staff is very warm; breakfast is simple but enough to eat; whether the room or restaurant, ventilation is very good 👍

It is a 15-minute walk from the nucleic acid detection point and a 25-minute walk from the shopping center. 3.
