Bagus seperti biasa, kecuali fasilitas hotel tua di Selandia Baru relatif ketinggalan jaman tetapi layanannya luar biasa dan stafnya sangat antusias

Central location, great accessibility in Auckland CBD area. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, but cleanliness could improve. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Hidden extra costs very limited parking and it costs $30 per space if you are lucky to get 1, otherwise you have to park down the road (even more expensive parking) and walk to the accomodation. No extra blankets or pillows. Other Copthorne hotels I’ve stayed in are of a much higher standard. Thought it would be the same here but not really.

clean but not enough space for opening 2 luggages and wifi was broken on the day i come, and it is slow even after fixed

Attended a function in the city, only stayed the one night, so the location was very handy, amenities in the room excellent, no food and staff are always excellent, really enjoyed my night there....

Good Hotel with nice Location in the Center of Auckland, everything is good accessible by foot! comfy big bed and little terrace

Great location and within walking distance to the centre, had onsite parking. Staff were helpful

Overall a good stay. The room has a comfortable bed, TV and shower, bath and balcony. Good for an easy stay in Auckland.

Breakfast is great, nice bar, location walkable to queen street. Rooms adequate.
