Old building. The housekeeping knocked on the door for two consecutive days at 8 am, which made me wake up. Then she never back to the room to clean it.
I was charged 4 breakfast, that I didn’t take it. When a I asked about it in the front desk, The receptionist (a black woman) rudely told me that I had to pay for it because it was charged in my room, and she charged me for it. Fortunately I was able to talk to the manager who refunded me the money. That woman should not work in customer service.
I’m a frequently traveler, it was the first time that I have an issues like that.
I I would never go back to that hotel again.
