I booked 2 separate stays at this property during my trip to Greece. Unfortunately, I was notified that the property was not actually available and the company offered me another property that was much further away from the areas I wanted to visit and didn’t have the same amenities. Since I found this out at the last minute, I didn’t really have any other options and accepted the change. I received check in details but when I arrived the door code didn’t work. I did not receive a response from the property manager using the contact details they had provided and there was no one available on site to resolve the issue. Due to these major issues I would not stay again.

De plus, l’hôtel nous a contacter seulement la vieille pour nous dire que nos amis avaient été changés d’hôtel et nous non. Nous avons fait la route à pieds chaque jour ( 30 min) sans aucun dédommagement de l’hôtel. Après plusieurs appels, très long et compliqués, ils nous avaient pourtant confirmer que nous aurions 2 chambres dans le même hôtel.

L'unica cosa positiva era la vasca idromassaggio che però era sul terrazzo (avevamo preso una stanza con vasca quindi, considerando che mostrano foto sia con vasca dentro che fuori, ti aspetti che sia in camera). Comunque, anche se a gennaio, l'abbiamo usata comunque. La stanza che avevamo noi era piccola, senza comodini né armadio, e con il bagno diviso dalla stanza solo da un vetro. Fornita di macchinetta del caffè Lavazza ma solo con due capsule (non è che te le vai a comprare per quattro giorni, quindi diventa inutile). Insomma, un prezzo alto rispetto a quanto promesso.
