"The hotel's location has to be accessed by a short boat ride, which can be a slight drawback. However, the property itself is clean, modern, and well-kept. While the second-floor Wi-Fi could use some improvement, it didn't significantly affect our stay. The friendly and accommodating staff & owner made our stay enjoyable. They were always willing to assist and ensure our comfort."

"Great location and breakfast. However the service was very poor. The room facility included iron but the hotel was unable to provide any, even after multiple requests. I had no choice but to pay for laundry ONLY FOR IRON. I requested laundry pick up right away (the receptionist said ok) but no one showed up for 40 minutes. When I went down to check, they lied that someone had already picked it up. The staff did not take ownership of any of these problems . This service and attitude is unacceptable."

"The hotel is located on Elephantine Island. Accessible by boat. Abu met us and took us by boat. He also met us in the evening after our walk. He packed a good lunch box in Abu Simbel. The room was nice, everything was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. Abu was very welcoming and would be happy to help with any questions."

"The value for money is okay, but the service is mediocre, the facilities are average, maintenance isn't great, and the food is just so-so. Overall, there's definitely room for improvement! You have to take a boat to get there, and you'll need to carry luggage on and off (though there's help available for a tip!). Also, make sure to factor in extra travel time."
