Ulasan Cleopatra Hotel

I don't recommend this hotel. When I arrived, the reservation team told me that there is no refund if I paid the full amount and decided to check out before the resident period, so the recommended to pay on daily basis. After 2 days of my resident, they informed me that the rate has increased suddenly based on a decision taken by the finance manager. The breakfast is very poor and repeated daily. the late check out cost you half night fees. the facilities are not comfortable at all. The only good thing in the hotel is the reception team, and to be more specific, only 2 females from the reception. لا أنصح بالنزول في هذا الفندق، عند الوصول قام مسئولي الحجز بأنني إذا كنت غير متأكد من تاريخ المغادرة فيوصى بالسداد يومياً لتجنب خصم كامل المبلغ المستحق في حالة حجز فترة معينة والمغادرة قبلها لأنه غير مسموح بإسترداد مبالغ مالية، وفي أثناء إقامتي أبلغوني أن سعر الغرفة قد إرتفاع فجأة وبدون أي مقدمات. بالإضافة إلى ذلك فإن المستوى العام للفندق لا يرقى إلى سعره. الميزة الوحيدة بالفندق هي موظفي الريسبشن.. الفرش ضعيف جداً، الفطار عبارة عن طبق فول وقطعة جبن وخيار ورغيفين خبز يومياً. المغادرة المتأخرة تستوجب دفع مبالغ إضافية
