My only complaint was the noise from the air conditioners located on the exterior of the rooms, which is unavoidable in the summer heat. When we complained, they immediately found us a better room. "Fantastic German breakfast each morning with a TON of options, very comfortable bed, lovely room, air conditioning, fridge, hot pot (so you can make your own tea or whatever on demand in your room), wi-fi, and SUPER friendly staff. It's small and in a great location - you can safely walk right around the corner to a large convenience store. Pool was out of service when I was there, but that was okay, because the temperature dropped and it was too cold for a swim."

The pool is dirty and they don't turn on the lights at night, as well as the tables with snacks and drinks. Everything is dirty on the tables and no one cleans them. Terrible experience."
