Pool was out of service when I was there, but that was okay, because the temperature dropped and it was too cold for a swim."

"On Wednesday, December 13th, my girlfriend and I booked a Day Use package at your property. Upon reaching the pool (which wasn't signposted and was difficult to locate), we discovered that construction work was underway, rendering the pool unusable! Extremely disappointed, we immediately went to the front desk to seek an explanation, especially since access to the pool is one of the primary reasons for booking a Day Use package. Our surprise grew even larger when we realized the staff seemed completely unaware of the situation. I don't believe we'll be returning, but I would strongly recommend improving your internal and external communication to prevent similar inconveniences for future guests and to ensure accurate information is provided. On a positive note, the refund we requested was processed quickly."
