"Baca semua ulasan dengan saksama sebelum memesan. Percayalah, ini bukan standar di Jepang. Kamar asrama tidak memiliki pintu (hanya tirai) jadi tidak ada gunanya kamar "khusus wanita". Tempat tidurnya pun tidak bertirai. Staf pria tiba-tiba masuk kamar karena tidak mungkin mengetuk. Tamu pria juga masuk tanpa sadar. Tiga kamar asrama berada di area kecil tanpa pintu... jika satu orang mendengkur, semua orang mendengarnya. Meskipun ada banyak ruang di samping tempat tidur, setiap kali staf memasuki kamar, mereka memindahkan barang bawaan saya tanpa izin dan menutup loker di bawah tempat tidur. Tidak ada tempat tidur atau tangga di luar tempat tidur saya, tidak ada yang berjalan ke sana. Ketika saya membiarkan payung lipat saya yang basah terbuka sedikit untuk dikeringkan, mereka menutupnya saat masih basah, dan meletakkannya tepat di samping barang bawaan saya. Saya pikir staf tidak melakukan ini, tetapi mereka mengakuinya. Silakan lihat foto-foto terlampir: Saya meletakkan barang bawaan saya seperti yang pertama, jauh dari loker. "The rooms were spacious and offered fantastic mountain views. The bathtubs were large enough to stretch out in, which was great. A refrigerator was also provided. The only downside is that the reception is located near the golf course and is difficult to find. The building where you stay is quite high up in the mountains. Allow about 15 minutes for the check-in process. However, the view is excellent, offering stunning mountain scenery. There aren't many lights at night, so it's best to arrive early. There was a bench with lights on below, which created a nice atmosphere. Also, as a note of caution, most restaurants on the nearby main street were closed by 7 PM, so we bought our bento boxes from Hirai. If you're planning on having dinner, early check-in is recommended."

"It was a wonderful experience. The room was nice and it was a nice size and quite spacious for 2 luggages. Parking is free with lots of parking space . Knowing the hotel is remotely located, we included dinner & breakfast in our itinerary. It’s buffet style and was sumptuous and very well worth the extra paid. We booked the Kumamon themed room and loved our rooms The hot baths was also nice. It’s seperated into male and female baths. Check in and out was seamless. Overall a wonderful experience."

"The location is a bit out of the way. From JR Aso Station, you can take a bus and get off at Uchimaki Station (about 20 minutes) and then walk for five minutes to get there. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very quiet, surrounded by countryside, the interior decoration is exquisite, and the rooms are very comfortable. There is a small courtyard landscape in the middle, which is very suitable for sitting on a chair and dazing. There is a family hot spring available for use. The hotel's meals are mostly Kumamoto's local cuisine, which is very suitable to my taste. The service attitude is very good. There is only one Nepali guy who can speak English, but the service attitude is really warm and impressive. All in all highly recommended!"

"I was really looking forward to it because it had such high ratings, but dinner was underwhelming and breakfast was also a bit disappointing. The side dishes were all pretty much the same, with mostly simmered dishes. It would have been nice if they'd offered other dishes like *. The dining area had a sunken kotatsu table, but it wasn't heated and it was cold. I thought it was a good deal since it was a weekday, but the price was over 25,000 yen per person, so I would have expected a little more satisfaction for that amount of money. I really had high expectations, so I'm sorry for my harsh comments. The bath in the room was nice, but I thought the food could have been a little better..."

"Great onsen ryokan experience! The private onsen was worth the extra cost. Places has free karaoke and ping pong, which need to be pre-booked, so get in early to book your spots. The buffet dinner and breakfast was sublime. I've never eaten so much and such good food before. No stomach is big enough. The private onsen is the highlight, but there are also different types of onsen's that can be tried. There is an indoor one, and a outdoor one, and family onsen's that can be booked. You'd never want to leave the place. Highly recommended."
