La Concha Boutique Apartments - Adults Only

Let me start by saying - I would like to go back here so much! We had the most relaxing break at La Concha and we'll forever be comparing other places with this one. They set the bar high! I found the accommodation of a very high standard and the maintenance to be excellent. That combined with the location in a mostly residential area and the fact that it's 'adults only' made it perfect for us. These things make this place not suitable for some but perfect for others. It was so quiet that we wondered if we were three of only a few guests, which wasn't the case. It's only a small complex anyway, which is great. We had a two bedroom apartment at the pool side with a jacuzzi. The layout was perfect with the second bedroom being away from the main one, and away from the bathroom and living room (but having an ensuite). Perhaps we were lucky, but it seemed to attract like-minded guests who just want quietness and don't want to disturb that for others. There aren't any restaurants, bars or shops right on the doorstep, which helps to keep it peaceful (all within easy walking distance though).

It's absolutely fabulous. We previously stayed here and honestly will never stay anywhere else in Lanzarote . Each apartment has either a beach view or a hot tub and is spotlessly clean . Lovely area around the pool and great for long walks on the coastal beach frount path. Halfway between Arricife and matagorda. Deli land supermarket is 5 mins walk away and beach bars and restaurants are 20 mins away. Home from Home. All the staff are friendly and really helpful.

Just wanted to say thankyou to Paula and all the staff at La Concha who were all magnificent and so helpful throughout our stay. This quiet location has all you want for a relaxing break away from it all and this accommodation was magnificent in every way so very much highly recommended

If you are looking for late bars and night life look away now. La Concha is an oasis of peace and quiet, actually very quiet. The apartments are spotless with a daily service by pleasant and friendly housekeeping staff. Beds are very comfortable and the apartment has pretty much everything you would need. The receptionist, I don't have her name was very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for us, only a few metres to the beach and 5 mins walk from shops and 10 to some decent restaurants.

We have just returned from La Concha. What a little gem. We booked a land view apartment, we stayed in apartment no 9. It was just along the path to the pool on one direction and just along the path to the beach in the other direction. It was perfect. Housekeeping everyday. Nothing was too much trouble. Housekeepers were lovely and smiling all the time. We arrived earlier than check in but the receptionist went to check if our room was ready and it was. Sorry I don't know her name but she was so nice. We had a jacuzzi with our apartment which was so relaxing. Apartment was spotlessly clean and really nicely decorated. Bed was so comfortable. Just a short walk to some lovely restaurants on the path along the beach. Nice quiet peaceful area. Arrecife a short bus ride away. We walked it too along the beach path. can't praise this place and the staff enough.

If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday by the beach then look no further. The location is perfect and we chose the room with beach access which means you step out of the gate only a little sidewalk separates the gate from the sand. The beach located out front is very spacious and doesn’t actually get very busy at all, I have been in October and also August and both times it was maybe a max of 20 people spread across the wide beach space. We rented apartment 15 and while there are screens on the top part of the terrace walls that provide some cover from passersby looking into the terrace, this particular appartamento was not overly private. For anyone wanting more privacy and also getting more of a view I would recommend the apartment above, is a matter of choice, easy access to beach or view and privacy. The apartments are spotlessly clean and kept so by the most friendly staff. Super service all around, the hotel experienced a major power cut while we were there which was handled incredibly professionally and swiftly. Was my second time in this hotel and there will undoubtedly be a 3rd time. Supermarket is only a 5 min walk away and a few very good restaurants too. I highly recommend Musso (by far the best Italian food I’ve had on the island) and Emmax (good food, great service and romantic location)
