Ulasan Elegance Luxury Executive Suites - Adults Only

I had a truly disappointing experience at Elegance Luxury Executive suits in Zakynthos. First and foremost, the prices are outrageously high for what you get. The basic amenities you'd expect in a luxury suite were sorely lacking. The shower had no hot water, which made for a miserable start to each day. To make matters worse, it seemed like almost everything in the suite was out of order or in need of maintenance. From broken fixtures to malfunctioning appliances, it was clear that the property was not well-maintained. One of the most troubling aspects of my stay was encountering a ****** bartender. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and tarnished the entire experience. It's disappointing that the staff didn't address this issue promptly. Lastly, when I tried to relax at the swimming pool area, I was told there were "no towels" available. This is a basic amenity that should be provided without question at a luxury establishment. Overall, my stay at Elegance Luxury Executive suits was a regrettable experience filled with disappointment and discomfort. I would strongly advise against booking a stay here. I almost forgot to mention the poor breakfast experience. The breakfast served at Elegance Luxury Executive suits was subpar at best. The options were limited, and the quality of the food left much to be desired. It felt like they were cutting corners even with this basic meal, further contributing to the overall disappointment of my stay.

除了位置有點偏以外 其他滿分！非常好的入住體驗，和朋友在希臘度假的首選，酒店設施齊全，環境優美，泳池也很不錯

從機場到酒店由了我35歐，我是真心疼，因為酒店挺近的啊。到了後看到大海心情就開朗了，還有前台漂亮小姐姐。房間大，獨立私人浴池，可惜我沒用衹用了按摩浴缸。酒店的服務人員不管是前台客房還是餐廳都很禮貌。

房間很新 有一點點裝修味道 水壓感覺有點低 衞生不錯 前台的工作人員很熱情 早餐是自助每天東西都不一樣 味道還可以 自帶的泳池很好遊🫶🏻

一般吧，比較老，但服務還可以，位置很安靜

位於扎金索斯島的一座山上，酒店設施非常齊全，房間非常大，早餐豐富，服務非常周到，唯一的不足就是地理位置偏僻。

感覺還都挺好

物有所值，建議租車

We stayed here early September and we enjoyed our time here. Upon arrival we had a room upgrade and birthday balloons and banners kindly arranged by the staff which was lovely. The staff are polite and pool/sun loungers are what you see in photos. The day our air conditioning broke we were offered a new room to stay in whilst it got fixed which we appreciated. You do need a car or quad to access this hotel as it is a bit out of the way, not really walking distance to shops and restaurants. There is free parking. However, I wouldn’t say this hotel is 5 stars, it is 4 at best as there are part of it that need a bit of a refresh in terms of decor and cleaning, the breakfast available isn’t the best and drinks etc are expensive. There is no entertainment or atmosphere. It’s just not up to 5 star standard comparing to staying elsewhere. We had a broken shower that didn’t get fixed during our stay so we got used to low water pressure and sometimes cold showers and the WiFi isn’t the best and TVs aren’t smart ones. Unfortunately there is also a new villa I believe being built immediately in front which has obstructed the beautiful view. We did experience building works which was expected as it was end of the season but it wasn’t too noticeable. Overall I would return here, we had a lovely holiday and do recommend the hotel but for 5 star luxury I would recommend looking elsewhere.

We stayed here for 3 Days and experienced good Services and a good Relaxation. The food and drinks are great. Good Cocktails and a kind and social bartender. Great and Clean rooms too. Thanks to the Manager and the Staff because they gave us everything we needed. We will come back!

My wife and I booked to go to Zakynthos on June 14th this year and I ended up losing my passport... however, my wife called the hotel to ask for a change in the date of stay for two weeks in advance until we could resolve the issue of passport. And because it was a high season date, we thought it would be difficult for this to happen, however, they treated our case with great attention. With the passport issue resolved, we went to Zakynthos and when we arrived at the hotel we were very well received, the entire hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. We were given a room upgrade that made our experience even more wonderful! I thank all the staff for providing us with something incredible that we experienced during the days we were there and that we will carry with us for the rest of our lives!

This hotel is amazing having now stayed here twice. We arrived to be told that we had been upgraded into the new building into an elegance executive suite with panoramic sea view across to the island of Kefalonia. The breakfast was of amazing quality with a large choice of fresh fruits, yogurt, grains, and a hot sections of more traditional breakfast fare, all delicious. Breakfast and evening meals were taken in a new open covered area next to the pool which was light, airy and very comfortable. The hotel was peaceful and had all the facilities you would expect from a high class hotel. We were treated to some wonderful service from the very attentive staff, a big thank you goes to Chrissa and Stamatis for treating us like family. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel special. My wife and I love this hotel and will definitely be returning to a lovely island and an amazing hotel.

I have visited over 40+ countries and over 200 hotels. I can say: this hotel is amazing from A-Z. We had a elegance suite in the new building with panoramic view (upgrade), the breakfast was of amazing quality, the hotel was peaceful and had all facilities but what makes this hotel TOP is the extremely lovely staff, thank you a lot to all the staff and especially Christa and Stantis for treating us like family. They go over the top to make sure you feel comfortable. I came with my mother and she felt the same. God bless you. Strongly recommended! Def will come back.
