Residence le Corniole

We had a great stay at Le Corniole. We stayed there for about 2 weeks - my husband and I and our 2 boys (9, 11). My extended family had multiple apartments within the building so that our whole family could all stay in Arezzo in our own apartment within the same building and it was perfect for this. We appreciated the daily cleaning of our place as well as the snacks and drinks and water provided daily in our room. This was especially helpful with the kids who were always looking for things to munch on after a long day of walking. Giovanni and Lulia were amazing and so helpful with every question and bit of advice we needed. We really appreciated their kindness. The place is just as pictured online, very simple and just what we needed. The air conditioning worked great too! And we were provided a drying rack so we could do some hand washing of clothes and place on the balcony. I have to say I got used to the trains - they didn’t run in the middle of the night and we were always going to bed so exhausted and late that it didn’t seem to bother any of us with the windows closed and ac on. We had ear plugs too if needed but after the first day I didn’t even bother. If you go in June the Jasmine flowers are blooming outside and created the most amazing perfume all around the building. It was amazing. The place is also conveniently located not far from the train station which was nice for the frequent trips we took. I would recommend this place for other travelers, it felt very safe too and aside from the occasional trains is a very quiet location as it is tucked back from the main road.

Die Lage des Apartments ist optimal, sehr zentral und das centro storico ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze sind im Hof vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist sauber und zweckmäßig. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Zur Begrüßung erhielten wir sogar eine Flasche Wein - eine nette Geste. Gerne wieder.

PESSIMO ! Da fuori la struttura è datata andrebbe migliorata . Il parcheggio ci sarebbe che si trova sotto il residence , siamo a ridosso dei binari del treno, per cui la notte di dormire non se ne parla proprio . La camera è spaziosa discretamente pulita .Onestamente per quello che chiedono rapporto qualita-prezzo non va bene anche perché (alle soglie del terzo millennio la colazione è tutto in busta chiusa allego foto ) Buona la posizione praticamente in centro, ma il giorno successivo siamo andati via. e di corsa.

Appartamento perfetto in pieno centro a due passi da tutto, con tutte le comodità e il proprietario Giovanni gentilissimo e dolce che ci ha preparato una dolce sorpresa sapendo del mio compleanno. Davvero un bel gesto inaspettato che ha reso la nostra permanenza ancora più bella!

Appartamento al primo piano sul ballatoio.Ottima pulizia, letto e cuscini davvero di qualità. Frigo un po piccolo ed il box colazione puo' essere ulteriormente migliorato. Il proprietario Giovanni e lo staff cordiali e molto disponibili nonché simpatici ed alla mano pronti a soddisfare ogni piccola richiesta. Parcheggio comodo. Per chi ha il sonno pesante come me nessun problema con i treni della vicina stazione. Inoltre la struttura è molto vicina al luogo dove mi dirigevo almeno 3 volte al giorno.

Sono stata in questa struttura con la mia famiglia, l'appartamento era piuttosto spazioso e condizionato con arredamento dalle poche pretese ma comprensivo di tutto l'occorrente. Vicinissimo al centro e munito di comodo parcheggio. Buona pulizia generale e disponibilità del personale. Effettivamente i treni si sentono ma da una certa ora in avanti quasi non ne passano più e si dorme bene. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
