The staff were so friendly and helpful. A spacious lobby/ seating area downstairs and a lovely view from the breakfast restaurant on the top floor. Comfortable rooms. The location of the hotel is great. Easy walking to the sites of interest in the Pld City.

we arrived at check in at 5:30 pm and our room was extremely hot and stuffy. The room has little privacy, as the window (at bed level) opens into the lobby and is the only source of ventilation in the room. It doesn't have air conditioner. The breakfast was a lacarte and we had the right to orden a cold drink + a hot drink (which you can repeat) and we could order only 1 single dish option within 5 in the menu. It has less employees to serve the breakfast then it should. Bad experience, does not live up to the 4 star rating. Disappointed 100%

Tuvimos un pésimo momento con la encargada de recepcion. Su atencion es desastroza sin carisma alguno, extravio nuestras maletas, no supo darnos razon y simplemente no resolvia nada, mi esposa le decia algunas preguntas y no era capas de responder, no fue agradable conocerla.

Su ubicación es muy conveniente, tiene muchos bares y restaurantes en las cercanías, y está a pocas cuadras de la catedral y el convento. Las instalaciones están bien diseñadas, el comedor está en el último piso y tiene una gran vista. La habitación veía a una plaza enfrente. El desayuno a la carta muy rico. Pero quiero destacar muy especialmente al personal y su atención. Olvidamos dinero en el hotel y nos lo hicieron llegar a otra ciudad, con una celeridad destacable. Gracias Karen y Fabiola!!!

Estadia excelente. Nos deixaram entrar 10 h da manhã. Localização muito boa. Bom café-da-manhã, apesar de limitado. Bela vista da cidade. Todos muito gentis na recepção. Quarto muito bom, com boa roupa de cama. Internet sempre funcionava.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, próximo ao centro da cidade. Se você olhar no mapa pode parecer que a Plaza de Armas está longe, mas caminhando é super perto! Tem ótimos restaurantes próximos e para todos os gostos e bolsos. O hotel é excelente, muito bonito. O quarto é espaçoso. Cama confortável. Limpeza todos os dias. Ficamos no quarto 402 e a única reclamação seria com relação ao chuveiro, pois não tinha constância de agua quente (ora vinha jato de agua pelando, ora super gelada!). Wi-fi pega muito bem em todo o hotel. O café da manhã é muito bem servido. A equipe é bastante atenciosa. Super recomendo!

La atención desde que entras es muy amable. Mucha empatía con el huésped. Primera vez y si regreso. Buenos acabados en el hotel, buena posición para entrada de luz. La comida muy respetable, al igual que el servicio. Ejemplo a seguir. Buen servicio paras pocas mmpersonas.
