"We chose to go here on a friend's recommendation, but I regret it so much. The place was beautiful, the location was great, it was a beautiful bungalow duplex. The ground floor had a fireplace, the upper floor had air conditioning, the upper floor was nicely heated, but unfortunately the lower floor didn't heat up at all, you were freezing from the cold, I even got sick. We had to ask for firewood in the morning, it only arrived in the evening, and the firewood was damp, and we had to struggle to prepare it. The food was mediocre, I didn't like it. Breakfast was zero, so it wasn't worth the money. Honestly, there were no wardrobes in the room, where were we going to put our belongings? The management needs to think about these things. I didn't want to write this, but when I said I didn't want to stay and asked for a refund, they said they couldn't give it to me. We had no choice but to stay.
