I changed a room when I came back from traveling the next day, but the store didn't change the sheets, bedding, used and unused bath towels. When I entered the new room, they all had used items. I called the store and the store said The ones we had used were brought over. I changed the quilt cover after my repeated requests. I slept until about 11 o'clock in the middle of the night. A few girls in the room 17 next door kept making noise, laughing loudly, and the music continued until about 2 o'clock in the morning. Hey, I contacted the store several times. In fact, the hotel facilities and equipment are good, but they are definitely not soundproof. The store is very welcoming.
