Great that the hotel is super clean and quiet, with good food and good services. Not to mention the outstanding interior design. Felt like living in a museum. Special experience.

設施：設施新 衞生：衞生條件佳 環境：環境好 服務：服務佳 位置一般離中央車站較遠。好在酒店自帶餐廳可以解決晚餐問題。酒店設計感強。適合情侶出遊個人商務。

離市區太遠，為了拍照可以來看一下也是不用住。餐廳一直不開，只有個bar，基本上看不到人。 看小紅書慕名而來的可以勸退了。

由於簽證被駁回沒有辦法到店，一點取消訂單的可能都沒有，説可以更改日期，衹能儘快，不作保留。本來打算讓原本打算同行的人去店裡，提前三天預訂告訴我原本的房型沒有了要加一倍的價錢升級，而且也不是週末只是週中。就這樣我連酒店都沒見到就花了188歐。行程有任何不確定千萬別定，但是提前三天他都會沒有房間。很可笑。

1. 進去飯店時冰箱裏還有罐開過玻璃啤酒瓶。 2.入住的五天，提醒他們，都沒有收。 3.客服電話也不是很願意接。常有需求聯繫不上。 4. 吹風機的品質不高 5. 洗手槽很容易積水 6. 天花板燈有蜘蛛絲 其它住的都還算舒服 環境不錯

很特別的酒店，遇到的客人都有一種特別的優雅，衣服鞋子配色很贊。雖然下雨也帶來特別風味。 附近的餐廳有格調 也很好吃

環境舒適，很有特色，服務態度非常好

太美了！除了離市中心遠一點之外沒有缺點

床品超級舒服，房間小巧精緻，喜歡！會再次選擇這家酒店。

滿分！超級棒。 性價比高， Vincent van duysen設計不錯。 服務好， 還會來住！ the jane也很好吃！

環境挺有特色的

This is definitely a beautiful looking hotel - the design is wonderful and the rooms are minimalist chic and beautifully designed - however, the lack of ambience and relatively uninterested service really let it down. We were really looking forward to staying here yet found the staff lacking in warmth and even politeness at points. We were never greeted on entering the hotel, despite saying hello to staff we saw. There was no sense that they were pleased to have you there, in fact at times there was a real sense of arrogance. The exception was a pleasant dark haired young woman who checked us in. There was no real ambience in the bar area, it felt very corporate at points despite being a beautiful area. We were not informed about the bikes for hire (although we found out about this). We didn't eat in the restaurant as there was no space but we did have bar food and it was expensive but delicious and the wines were also nice. I liked the area and enjoyed exploring the neighbourhood and the peace and quiet (the centre and theatre district is only 25 minutes walk away), however, I would not stay at the August again until their service and staff match the cost and quality of the hotel itself. We are lucky enough to have stayed in some amazing hotels and the thing that really elevates a hotel is its people and how they make their guests feel part of the experience. Sadly the August did not do this.
