Great location and the reception is really helpful. They even help us arranged our ticket and ride for the Onsen! (as we were quite skeptical to book online) They added us on Wechat and we were able to communicate anytime anywhere. They also have amazing recommendations for food and shared in how we could navigate around the city. Recommend this place! It’s also very affordable compared to many other hotels nearby.
