European-style hotel, clean, comfortable, modern rooms and nice bathrooms - a real luxury when you're on the road in Madagascar. Staff are friendly, restaurant has good range of European-style cuisine. Service was good. Wifi throughout the hotel. TV in room.

Unbelievable! We had a reservation for 10 people (3 rooms), all confirmed through email by hotel. When we arrived yesterday night, after 7 hour trip from Antananarivo) they told us that they were cancelled. We asked “Why?” And the reply was generic excuse. We are traveling with 3 children and, fortunately we found a last minute solution in another hotel. For the travelers, please take note about this to avoid bad surprises at your arrival.

I was staying in a standard bedroom, very well kept. The food honestly, is one of the best in Antsirabe and the staff is very polite and friendly. You have to book well in advance your access to the spa (hot tub, massage and sauna). The wifi though is not very reliable and you can't pay with visa on site, only cash is accepted.

we stayed in this hotel for 1 night on our way from *****dava to antana. This is a business hotel and next to main road. Many people want to sell you something and is very noisy. We did not enjoy the facilities since we arrived at 10pm and left at 6am. But if you want to have a nice quiet and romantic place then other hotels like cote is better.

hôtel de standing par le prix et l'excellence de son personnel pas par les services!: literie moyenne, pas de paiement par CB visa, pas de chaînes d'infos françaises, pdj famélique et attention à la turista. au bout de 15 jours, j'ai changé pour un hôtel 2 fois moins cher (pdj compris) , ouf.

Habitación pequeña. Estuvimos dos veces, a la ida y a la vuelta de nuestro recorrido, nos dieron la misma habitación con la cerradura de la puerta que no funcionaba, ni siquiera se molestaron en arreglarla. Mal servicio, incluido el del desayuno, por lo que pareció, los primeros que desayuann son los que tienen opciones, el resto nos tenemos que conformar con las sobras o ni eso...

Hotel tres propre, tres bien entretenu, personnel sympathique et efficasse. Le restaurant est tres bien, un tres bon niveau de service. Je recommande cet hotel sans probleme, pour voyage professionnel ou touristique.

Bonjour. Nous sommes des habitués de cet établissement. Dernièrement mon épouse et sa sœur y avaient séjourné. La qualité globale était comme à l'accoutumé, irréprochable. Néanmoins j'ai enlevé 1 étoile car le WIFI n'était pas au rendez-vous. Mais nous y reviendrons une prochaine fois, sans hésitation. Il faudra régler ce problème de WIFI
