Amazing! Super helpful and breakfast was great. Close to beach areas where you pay to swim and great area to explore.

En plein cœur de la vieille ville donc extrêmement bruyant. Il a été impossible de dormir. Dommage car l’hôtel en lui même est très chouette, joliment décoré avec un bon accueil

房間乾淨整潔衞生，老闆人很好，在老城中心位置，出門步行5分鐘就到海邊，就是停車不太方便，要停在老城外面走路大概15分鐘左右。攜程上預訂的三人房間，到酒店一看衹能帶一個小朋友住，和攜程反應問題以後，回覆很快，馬上和酒店確認三個成年人住不了，讓我們旁邊在訂一間，並且全部負責費用，雖然錢不多，但是感覺非常好，人在他鄉有攜程這樣的快速服務真的很温馨，訂酒店，訂機票，訂門票，強烈推薦攜程網。 不像原來的藝龍網（現在好像和同程合併了）訂國外酒店，改個名字，我自己聯繫了酒店，同意讓平台上改名字，直到我已經入住了同程平台還是説不行，説衹能作廢不能改，還説酒店不讓改名字（剛剛訂好就發現兒子和老公的名字弄錯了，提前一個多星期聯繫的平台），問題是我已經入住了酒店啊，可悲哇。 所以強烈推薦攜程網，急客户所急，為客服着想的理念。 這一家酒店忘記拍照片了

老闆非常好，幫我要回了被宰的停車費，早餐也很豐盛。周圍非常適合遊玩，就是路太窄，不適合開車進去。。。

About accommodation: - The location was excellent, in the heart of the historic center. It was an old villa with a unique a**osphere that we enjoyed. - The rooms were tiny, without wardrobes, but they were clean and cozy. The cleaning wasn't done every day, but it was okay for us since we were only there for three days. Our room was only cleaned before our check-out day. Also, it was a bit damp in the room, but the beds were comfortable. - It was very noisy. You could hear people showering in the next room and even some conversations. The neighborhood with the bar, where music played until 5 AM, wouldn't allow you to sleep if you were looking for a quiet place. However, we were prepared for that. - The breakfast on the first day was good, but each subsequent day it seemed to get worse. The girls at reception said it depended on what food the management brought, and they served what was available. - The staff were very friendly and seemed to want to help, but there was a lot of miscommunication, and we still don't understand why or how. This review could have been positive, but due to some miscommunication between the management and the staff, the rating is lower than expected. Here's what happened: We were a group of family and friends who booked 5 rooms at the hotel to celebrate a birthday. We wanted to find a place with a friendly host and the option to customize our experience with additional services, such as a BBQ for the party. We were told it was possible. When we arrived, we found out that the BBQ was not available. To avoid upsetting us, they offered us a "generous" deal of paying 50 euros per person for the entire party, which only included salads and service, with food and drinks that we had to buy ourselves. We declined the offer and asked if we could sit in the garden and what the price would be for that option. They allowed us to do so and informed us that no additional money would be required. That day, my mother received flowers as a surprise from the hotel, and in the evening, they prepared a cake for the birthday celebration as a surprise. We were pleased with the hospitality we received and left a tip of 20 euros for the staff who served us that evening (though we collected the plates and cleared the table ourselves). When checking out, we also left 20 euros in tips for the girls who interacted with us. In total, we left 40 euros in tips. After that, these girls informed us that, based on information from management, we had to pay an additional 70 euros for a cake they had given us as a gift and two glasses of wine. We were surprised. When a negative review was posted on Airbnb, the host responded that the 60 euros was actually for the tips. Dear host, we think that the total of 100 euros in tips was a generous payment on our part, while you were unable to communicate with your staff regarding payments and therefore made this an unpleasant surprise. Stayed couple of days at Villa Citronella and absolutely loved it! Beautiful place to stay and enjoy old Antalya. Perfect location right in the heart of old town. Easy to stroll around and come back for a small rest at any time. Nice clean rooms with authentic touch, comfortable beds and pillows. Very good breakfast just freshly prepared for you and served at cosy small yard garden. Very nice and friendly staff who can help with all your questions. Would highly recommend the place!

Thank you for a wonderful stay, Yilmaz and his team were so friendly and made us feel at home. The hotel was nice and we had a very early start for a flight and the night team made sure we were fed and ready to go. The location is great, by the harbour and there are great views once you're there (the harbour). The old town streets are beautiful and buzzing in the evening with life. There is a bit of noise due to being in the centre of town which is to be expected, we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it. Nick and Beth
