Хороший отель, но не для пляжного отдыха!!! Шикарное лобби и зона рецепшин!!! Отличная еда и обслуживание!!! Совершенно не продуманная территория, все очень не удобно, плохие бассейны и зоны рядом с ними, очень плохие матрасы и подушки , плохая звукоизоляция номеров!!! Сюда можно ехать только как бизнес отель на 1-3 дня!!! Третий день просим сделать нам поиграть волейбольную площадку, но только одни обещания, все уже покалечились на ней!!! Для пляжного отдыха отель не рекомендую!!!

I have NO words. This should be a RENOVATED ,LUXURY 5* Hotel. I really dont know, why this Hotel has a 5*: All i can say it was dirty, smelly, old, and loud. I havent seen any renovated rooms. We had to change 3 rooms, and all war dirty, smelly and old. You better do not go with your Pet, they will put you in the worst room they have. We have with us a small 2 kg dog - he is a small and clean baby - we payed extra for him 290€ for one week, and i am wondering why? He did not get any food, or extra Bed......the Room was dirty, so he coulnd even walk on the Floor. Thank god they have sleepers, other way - you will have dirty feed. Beds are hard and old, closets smells awful, the loudnes in hotel is until 1 am. You can not sleep, you can not relax. We choose this hotel during the exelent evaluation and because it is renovated. So they say, but i did not see any renovated thing - maybe the dining area. The only good think was the food. When i complained to the Hotel - all they did was a apologie. So if you are looking for renovated, clean, luxury, peacefully, and friendly Hotel - do not go there.

This hotel is one of the best hotels me and my partner have ever stayed at! The hotel staff are 10/10 and i highly recommend for family’s to stay at.

HOUR REVIEW Me and my wife had our holiday in Nirvana in April 2024. It was a very pleasant experience. The moment we are dropped off in the hotel, the warm reception was fantastic. The room was very large and comfortable with everything required for our comfort in it The foods are fantastic. In the evening, we go to the lounge were freshly baked cakes are severed with drinks. I must mention three staff members who are very exceptional in job.Gill Atilla and Mehimet Ali. They do their job joyfully and professionally with great sense of humour. amazing vacation. we were with my wife, baby, dog and parents. very kind and helpful staff. a yoga master rocked a baby during classes, and a pet hotel manager helped with a dog. If you want to enjoy a worry-free holiday, then this is the place for you. The food is also delicious, the sea is warm, the cocktails are excellent, and there is a lot of entertainment.

We’re a family of 4 finishing 10 days here at NC. First thing is this isn’t a 5* by Turkey standards. We come a few times per year and we wouldn’t return here unfortunately. Firstly English are very much a minority at this hotel which usually doesn’t matter as you are catered for elsewhere but not here. That’s in food choice, entertainment (no English translation for anything happening) and very few staff speak any English at all. Now you’re in a foreign country so what do you expect I hear you ask… well we come to Turkey a lot and this is the most marginalised we’ve ever felt at any hotel. This hotel presents itself as very pretentious but the service and standards don’t quite fall in line with that so it feels like it’s trying to be something that it isn’t. Anyway I’ll simply this review into positives and negatives Positives: - Very Clean - Great Waterpark - Well presented - Great drink selection (although some extra £ needed for some drinks on AI - again not 5*) - 24/7 WhatsApp concierge - Great home made Ice Cream parlour - 2x free Starbucks per guest daily - Snack Bar by pool was great fresh food Negatives: - Main hotel AC is set to 22 degrees and just feels hot constantly. We paid to be moved to a family room for independent AC but cost an extra £1k for the upgrade and that was half price - The hotel markets itself as family friendly but club music booms so loudly outside until 2am every night. They tried to blame it on neighbouring hotels but after investigating it was definitely this hotel. The music is that loud in the main event area my kids couldn’t sit down there at all. - All kids entertainment kept well out the way of any adult entertainment so doing things together in the evening as a family is difficult. This hotel isn’t really a family hotel so please don’t be fooled by the water park as good as it is. - Service is lacking in all restaurants, you literally need to holler waiters down to get a drink etc. When that drink arrives it may well be room temperature with multiple eye rolls if you ask for ice. - Food in main restaurant literally doesn’t change day to day and kids area closes an hour or so after the restaurant opening so you have to be quick. The food is also completely aimed towards Russians, Eastern Europeans and Turkish. The worst selection we’ve ever seen in Turkey and we’re not fussy eaters. The food is also lukewarm at best at Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. We ended up eating out when we could. - Some staff very rude, my 10yr old daughter was pushed out the way by a member of staff in the beach restaurant by a member of staff because they were in more of a rush than she was. - Beach is gravely and not as well kept as other 5* we’ve visited. - Shop in hotel is super expensive. £40 for their cheapest football & inflatables £100 etc I could go on but it this hotel felt so far from the Turkey that we know it was a really disappointing experience for us. It was not very clean. The plates and glassed had food stains in them so felt like they were not being washed. One person serving food dropped a sausage and lifted it and put back on my plate, thinking it was ok. The entertainment was ok, could have involved people more. The beach was nice. The sea was clean. 80% didn't speak neither English nor Russian

Great hotel/complex. First , as we arrived we were greeted by an amazing girl called ALEXANDRA. I cannot compliment her enough, she is so kind,caring and helpful. ALEXANDRA is a diamond in the nirvana crown an absolute lovely person inside and out. MY WHATSAPP CONSIERGE WAS HASSAN and once more can not be more thankful for all great time and help . The hotel itself is lovely and clean and very safe. I can honestly say we'll return . Staff overall are so professional ,in the main restaurant and VICTORIA in the excel bar. Now the other staff at the excel bar are just great and helpful and most of all friendly and chatty, I can pronounce their names but can't spell them😂 Also the bar staff down at the aqua bar. Great service and also chatty and friendly another pic provided. The cleaning staff also deserve a mention, they do not stop, the place is in great condition and that comment also applies to the housemaids , rooms done superbly on a daily basis.FOOD IS TOP QUALITY ! One last person to mention. Hassan (I hope I've spelt that correctly) this guy is everywhere always working attending to guests. And again smiling and friendly will help you with bookings to cosmo THEATHRE or cabana .
