The hotel makes me feel really comfortable and relaxed. And the breakfast is really Turkish style. The manager is really helpful and nice . It's good to have them in turkey. The staff will do their best to help. Whatever they will do everything to help.

Şık ve yeni bir otel. Konumu da iyi. Amoor beach ile anlaşması bizi memnun etti. Ancak kahvaltısı daha iyi olabilirdi. Genel olarak memnun kaldığımızı söyleyebilirim.

The hotel is beautiful ⭐️ immaculate clean ⭐️ lovely staff ⭐️ very welcoming ⭐️. Above all Ahmet who looked after us from the minute we arrived until leaving was outstanding. What a lovely well mannered young man ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I will definetly be back xx

Hotel lovely and clean, breakfast nice, bar staff extremely friendly and happy to help. Our room was cleaned every day. Pool lovely & warm plenty of sun beds for the amount of people that are staying at the hotel. The hotel is mainly used for people having some kind of treatment ie dental/cosmetic. My son was there having teeth done. Overall I’d say hotel 10/10 The area the hotel is in isn’t that great. It isn’t really a holiday place and not much round it. But 30 mins in a taxi your around the Lara beach area and the old town which is lovely. The only downfall about the area of the hotel you get lots of stray dogs. This doesn’t bother me as they are well looked after. The barking on the other hand is a nightmare. Kept me awake all night long. This might not bother you but it certainly bothered Me.

Amazing hotel very helpful and lovely, they go the extra mile for your every need .been twice now .excellent service, clean . Want for nothing. Definitely recommend as great location too 👍 x̌xxxxx xx xx xxxxx and yes i would definitely recommend and return

The customer lift is faulty. I awaited for lift to come but it was stuck on my floor and doors refused to open so ysed staff lift. Another day called lift to floor 5 doors opened I went to walk in the lift wasnt level with the landing ilI banged my head inside the lift and landed on lift floor. Dazed another resident saw the accident came to my aid. A resident from room opposite said they had issues with the lift. Spoke to management. Kept asking to do accident report claimed they didnt understand. Showed photos of lift and my hand where id hurt it. They spoke in turkish and hovered around the lift in foyer. Other residents mentioned people had issues with that lift and staff not bothered. See my photos. Got nice bruise on my hand from the fall.

A really lovely friendly hotel, extremely clean and modern with well with furnished rooms. Would highly recommend having a spa experience we chose 2 hours and it left us feeling super relaxed really good massage and use of sauna and hotub 👏

Staying here as I’m over having dental surgery. The hotel is small and intimate with the most friendly hard working staff I’ve came across who bend over backwards to for fill your needs . Constantly there to help with a smile and very welcoming . Food is very nice fresh and served and presented beautifully. I’ve stayed in five star luxury hotels all over the world and never had the treatment from staff as we have from the awen hotel . Spotlessly clean and pristine and rooms cleaned to a very high standard . I would definitely stay here again when I have to return to turkey for my final treatments in four months . Thankyou guys it’s been a pleasure to meet staff that are willing to genuinely look after clients

Me and my husband stayed here for a week, it’s such a beautiful hotel with amazing staff, food and drinks top notch. Karina at the reception will welcome you with smile and very friendly and helpful. Young man behind the bar who made some delicious cocktails 🍹 for me. Gentleman in breakfast area is always very helpful. Food in hotel is 5* and very reasonable. Hotel is very spotless, Poole looks amazing though it was so cold so we didn’t use it. Can’t wait to return again in April. Keep the great work going. 👌🏻😊

Breakfast was very nice every morning. The staff were very amenable and welcoming. The hotel rooms were also nice—you could see it's a newer hotel. I appreciated the cleaning status system on the hotel room doors. Only one hiccup, though - I ordered some chicken at the restaurant in an ad hoc manner after arriving quite late, at 21:30. The chicken I ordered was served to me raw. The server took a picture of it and took the whole plate back to the kitchen. To my amazement, they just reheated the same chicken and served the exact same plate back to me, and still put it on my room's tab. Are you serious? My tip to you is not to eat at the hotel other than for breakfast.

**English:** "The hotel was a huge disappointment. The manager was dishonest, promising a free cancellation but later going back on his word. The air conditioning was broken across the entire floor in the middle of summer, and the rooms smelled of fresh paint. They moved us to three different rooms, all with the same issue—the rooms couldn’t be cooled. Rather than fixing the AC, they suggested keeping the balcony door open. I wouldn’t trust this place." **Russian:** "Отель не оправдал ожиданий. Менеджер оказался нечестным, обещал бесплатную отмену бронирования, но позже отказался от своих слов. Летом кондиционер не работал на всем этаже, и комнаты пахли свежей краской. Нас перевели в три разных номера, но проблема оставалась той же – комнаты не охлаждались. Вместо ремонта кондиционера нам предложили не закрывать балконную дверь. Не рекомендую доверять этому отелю." **German:** "Das Hotel war eine große Enttäuschung. Der Manager ist ein Betrüger – er versprach eine kostenlose Stornierung und hielt sich nicht an seine Zusage. Die Klimaanlage war auf dem gesamten Stockwerk im Sommer defekt, und die Zimmer stanken nach frischer Farbe. Wir wurden in drei verschiedene Zimmer verlegt, alle hatten dasselbe Problem – die Zimmer konnten nicht gekühlt werden.
