This was my fourth stay at this property. The room was clean and had the expected amenities. Everything in the room worked. They had sold out of non-smoking rooms, so it would be nice if more were available. During this stay, air-conditioning was not available. I turned it on to learn that it would blow only hot air. When the temp hit 26, I turned it off and opened the window. But that made the smoke from the hallway and/or other rooms to get pulled through my room. Yuck! My rate included breakfast and I'd appreciate if they had butter for the toast and black ground pepper to season the hard fried eggs. The coffee machine ("Dr Coffee") seems to work correctly only half of the time (on multiple visits). The orange juice doesn't seem like real juice; it's more like an orange flavored drink. There aren't many western options but I guess there aren't many western visitors here either.

Really like to stay at this hotel because stufff are friendly and hotel is clean

I was speechless. First of all, on May 1, I called the hotel to book a deluxe room for 358 yuan, and Ctrip booked an executive room for 451 yuan. They were exactly the same rooms, but on different floors. The so-called executive floor on the 22nd floor was not as good as the 17th floor. The shower water was not hot at all and the water pressure was very low. It was a real pain! I was speechless. I don't know if Ctrip was a fraudulent salesperson or the hotel! Second, when I entered the room, the so-called executive bed on the 22nd floor, one of the toothbrushes was an empty bag that had been opened! I seriously suspected that the room was not cleaned. I called the service lady to see her and she admitted it. Then she said that the newcomers cleaned it. They didn't even know how to change the toothbrush. I was speechless. The towels also had a lot of yellow stains! I was given a Sprite and a soft drink and that was it! Third, when I took a shower, it took 10 minutes for the water to get hot water, but you had to put it in the hottest position to get hot. However, the water was the smallest in all the hotels I had stayed in, including the B&Bs, and I couldn't take a shower at all! The waiter came up and said that the water pressure was low. How can you open a hotel with low water pressure? I was speechless about the executive room! I caught a cold the next day. Fourth, when I had breakfast in the morning, I asked the lady at the noodle stall to give me more lettuce. She directly replied that she couldn't give it because there were too many people and not enough preparation. I said, what does your large number of people have to do with me? I paid more for accommodation, so what's the problem with asking for more food? Why don't you say I want less wonton stew? Then a chef with glasses came over and said it was okay. The lady reluctantly gave me an extra leaf of lettuce. I have stayed in hotels in dozens of countries around the world, and countless hotels in China. This kind of fussing over lettuce is unique. It's really funny to say that there are too many people and not enough resources. I turned around to get some fruit and found that another big bowl of lettuce was served, haha! Don't look at the reviews. There are too many people staying here. It's just that the hotel next door, which is owned by the same owner, arranged many guests to stay here for wedding banquets! Fifth, this elevator is what we call a slow elevator. The two slow elevators are ridiculously slow. Tourists and business people must avoid this hotel! ! ! ! ! ! !

I was lucky to choose this hotel during the May Day holiday. The room was spacious and bright, and cleaned very well. The front desk was responsive and professional in communication. After booking, I asked for a quiet room on the 19th floor in advance, and my request was fulfilled. The only problem was that the door was not soundproof enough. In the morning, I was disturbed by guests in other rooms and even dogs barking. However, the flaws did not outweigh the merits. Recommended!

The reception was very warm and we checked in. After checking in, I went to the gym. The bench press is rare in the hotel gym, but unfortunately there are only four 5kg barbells and three pairs of dumbbells, the heaviest of which is 10kg. It's a bit too showy. Fortunately, there is a gantry, but there are no more choices for the handles. I can only make do with it. The breakfast is quite rich, and the freshly ground coffee is a plus.

The front desk clerk was super nice, very enthusiastic when checking in, and also sent iced drinks, which was very heartwarming. The room was large and easy to use, parking was very convenient, breakfast was also rich, and the price was reasonable.

The hotel is close to the highway exit, the room is quite big and clean! The buffet breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good! It is also close to Hu Yumei's main store. The parking lot is large and free! Welcome drink on the first day of stay, you can choose from Coke, Sprite, and coffee
