Sanitasi hotel umum, kamar bau aneh saat saya check in

Nice hotel with a great environment. Nice to have some washing machines and dryers. The front desk was kind to postpone our checkout time.

The location wasn’t too far from the beach and it was on a bill which was cool, however, they charge $10 for parking, they charge $10 for a subpar breakfast, the room was average but it had a bad scent, it did have an desk/office area that I didn’t need, the hotel had a small fitness center and laundry which was cool, overall not worth $250 for a night in my opinion, I give it a 5/10 overall but for a nights rest wasn’t the worst thing in the world.

Always an amazing stay

入住時大堂在裝修，check in 臨時在門口的一張工作台，不過酒店總體還不錯，一直Hilton Garden Inn的品牌還是有保證。酒店位置在主幹道邊上的一個小山崗上，馬路對面有家日本餐廳，有可以看日落的餐桌，去Pismo Beach不遠，訂了一晚，後又再加了一晚。

酒店是比較傳統調調的美式酒店，沒什麼特別，比較中規中矩的酒店，住的4樓，停車辦個Hilton會員是按10塊收費。

如果衹是為了一號公路上休息一晚可以住一天

The hotel was under construction and i wasn't notified. I didnt get the room that was selected and the pillows are so flat its ridiculous

The fact that i got there at 1 pm and was told my room was ready. But because it wasnt 3 pm id have to pay an extra $50.00 to get in my room. But my ad said adter 11 am.

The property is quite outdated, like our tv didn't work and the heater wasn't functioning. However, staff is quite friendly and professional. Guests seemed to be having a good time at the hotel, which is always a plus.

Mattress is like a trampoline, worn out. Sore back resulted. Since when did Hilton Garden go downhill?

Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Had to pay $10/night tax for parking (odd). Bed and pillows in King Suite were terrible. Otherwise, would stay again.

The TVs are really outdated, for Hilton I’m surprised this location doesn’t have smart TVs.
