"The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable. Our butler, Summer, provided attentive service, arranging a room upgrade and a late check-out. Both the Chinese and Thai restaurants were decent, and the pool water quality was good. The complimentary travel photoshoot was also well done and not a superficial offering. Overall, we had a very satisfying stay, and the kids want to come back again!"

"The room was generally good, a family suite convenient for those with children, clean and hygienic. Parking was easy, and it's close to nearby amusement parks. There's also a children's play area on the first floor which is great for kids. However, the curtains didn't seal well at the edges, letting light in early in the morning, which made it hard to sleep in. Just across the street from the hotel entrance, there's a restaurant called 'Old Li's Steamed Dishes' which has good food and a lively atmosphere."

"The room environment was really good. We had booked parent-child hotels for our next two stops in Hangzhou, and the contrast was quite noticeable. When we went, it wasn't too crowded, and the evening entertainment was quite well-arranged. We were out all day, so we didn't have much time to properly explore the hotel."

"The housekeeping service was meticulous and attentive, with high hygiene standards and a clean and comfortable environment. From the bedding and toiletries to the cleanliness of every corner, it was clear that care was taken to maintain a comfortable and relaxing stay. Seeing that I was traveling with elderly relatives and a child, and that breakfast was an hour late, the front desk manager made an exception and took me to the restaurant to get several kinds of pastries, especially their signature Qingming Festival dumplings, which were absolutely delicious. Later, because we were pressed for time to catch the high-speed train and the hotel shuttle hadn't returned from dropping off other guests, the housekeeping manager even used his own car to personally drive the three of us to the train station. We truly felt at home."

"The room was quite clean. The hotel upgraded us to a room after hearing that we were traveling with our children. The front desk was very welcoming and the room was large. They gave us a bed rail, a bathtub in the middle of the room, and two TVs. Our baby slept in the bedroom. You can also watch TV in the living room. There are capsule coffee and tea in the minibar. There are slides in the children's playground. Maybe the swimming pool is not open because it is too cold. It is a pity that the coffee restaurant opened in the hotel has a bit bad taste. The boss's service The attitude is also quite subtle. The outdoor children's paradise at the entrance of the cafe is also difficult to describe.
