Great location for Disneyland. Safe Parking. Very nice and clean room. Hussle free check in and out.

Website states ( bold / highlighted - free ) free parking . Hotel charged my credit card for parking fee -$80. Hotel refused to acknowledge free parking on their website.

The Viv is the most beautifulest nicest hotel I've ever seen. Everyone that worked there was extremely extremely nice. I would definitely stay there again.

酒店的迪士尼接駁巴士其實很不方便，巴士的app很不好用，沒有到站時間，只有顯示大約什麼時候一班，等很久才有一班….而且票價沒有很便宜…單次4美元，一整天6美元，倒不如做外面的城市公車…我後來都改搭計程車，比較靈活省時間

這個酒店很新，酒店停車場不在酒店，是在邊上的立體停車庫，但和前台説過後，酒店的房卡可以用來刷卡出庫，停車費付給酒店。但我不滿意的是服務，我很晚到，我的訂單裏面含有早餐，但前台沒給，第二天早餐的時候服務員才説沒有券就要另外付費，衹好趕緊去要，另一個服務員給了。不過用券的早餐實在不知道選什麼

環境不錯，很新，在高速旁邊，但真的沒有噪音，最擔心的問題沒有發生，早餐沒品嚐，前台服務不錯，停車費好像是70刀一晚上，停車場刷門卡
