Sikap pelayanan gadis di meja depan sangat buruk. Wajahnya muram sepanjang hari.

Resepsionis perempuannya sungguh buruk. Resepsionis laki-laki menyambut kami dan berkata, "Halo, semoga harimu menyenangkan". Wanita ini tadinya ngobrol dan tertawa dengan pelayan, tapi begitu melihat kami berjalan mendekat, wajahnya berubah serius. Aku tidak tahu siapa yang sedang dilihatnya. Ketika kami memesan taksi dengannya, semua orang berkata "Tuan", "Tolong", tetapi dia hanya berkata "Datang saja". Saya tidak percaya dia tega memperlakukan orang asing seperti ini. Saudara serumah, mohon janganlah menoleransi orang-orang yang diskriminatif seperti itu.

Lokasinya sangat bagus, dekat dengan kereta bawah tanah, tetapi lantai yang saya tempati rendah dan terhalang pepohonan, jadi saya tidak bisa melihat apa pun di kamar dengan pemandangan laut yang saya pesan. Pantainya berada persis di luar pintu, pemandangannya indah, dan pemandangan malamnya luar biasa. Pemandangan dari atap saat sarapan sangat bagus dan Anda dapat mengambil beberapa foto.

A reasonable hotel with a fantastic view from the breakfast lounge. The location is convenient, with metro stations just a 5 to 10-minute walk away. However, the noise from the nearby city road can be a bit much for light sleepers.

Nicely located on the Golden Horn near all points of interest, great panoramic view from the roof top restaurant, nice friendly staff!

If u look for location. This hotel has a good location far from messy areas. Rooms are not big especially single rooms

Reasonable hotel at a good location if you can get a good deal. Pro’s: 5 min walk to Halic metrostation. Halfhour walk to taksim (hill). Clean hotel with nice staf and everything works. Con’s: hotel is in the middle of a street full of equipment vendors, can be busy but not at night. Make sure you go from the back to the hotel, the road is bad at the front. Elevator is quite small, fits max. two people and their backpack. If you are with more people you need to wait. Rooms are little bit old dated but still clean. If you get a cheap deal, you wont be dissapointed. There is a small night shop close to get some things. There is nothing to do close to the hotel, so you need to get the metro/bus or bimbim.

Okay , I’ve been in the Turkey more than 10 times in different hotels from budget to luxury. Didn’t seen baddest hotel like this one , it’s not 4 stars even close. I was necessary to work online and it was the problem with wife three days from 5 days I booked and stayed there for 4 days because one day I left in another hotel and for sure didn’t get refunded. Every night there was someone who talked loudly under our windows even when windows closed, and they didn’t care about this. Always keep the windows closed I can’t because it’s it gets to hot immediately. Windows are located at arm's length from the face, so if you are opening wind is blowing you right to the face. Paid a lot of money for this hotel and I am very sorry about this and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Превзошёл ожидания. Очень всё понравилось и благодарна всему персоналу. Номера чистые, ресепшен отзывчивые и готовы помочь, завтрак вкусный, ну а вид из ресторана и номеров верхних этажей - супер!
