Ulasan Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel

Suka lokasi dan antar-jemput. Sangat membantu dengan ibu mertua saya pergi ke dan dari taman tanpa harus berjalan ekstra. Juga bagus untuk anak-anak di penghujung malam ketika kita semua lelah dan lelah. Staf yang luar biasa dan membantu dan hotel dan antar-jemput. Berkali-kali pengemudi membantu suami saya dengan kereta dorong. Kamar yang luas dan terasa seperti di rumah. Tempat yang bagus kami tidak sabar untuk kembali pada bulan Desember.

Tidak ditentukan jam berapa check-in mereka terus mengatakan akan menelepon ketika kamar Anda sudah siap .. sampai di sana pukul 11 pagi dan menunggu selama 1 setengah jam dan setelah 2 jam menunggu dan menelepon setiap 30 menit mereka memberi tahu saya memeriksa di jam 4 sore.. mereka tidak memberi saya kode sandi wifi atau mereka tidak memberi saya lembar dengan informasi tentang jam layanan untuk makanan atau fasilitas hotel.

Perfect location to parks shuttle service was great too Rooms quiet clean and roomy very comfortable beds the pool was relaxing the Japanese restaurant was the bomb the chefs were great funny we enjoyed talking with them while they were creating some lovely sushi plates some of the best fresh authentic sushi I’ve ever had Only sushi place I know close to Disneyland This hotel has great value it’s family friendly we’ve stayed here several times and we highly recommend It. 친절도 1도 없어요 물건을 놔두고 와서 호텔에서 찾아놨다는 연락 받고 다시 찾으러 가는데 이메일론 맡아놨다고 해놓고 제대로 확인없이 지금 안된다 내일 아침이 다시오라해서 화나서 매니저랑 이메일 주고받은 내용 보여주니까 그제서야 물건 찾기시작해서 물건 받는데 1시간 걸렸어요 게으르고 자기일 아니면 신경안쓰는 특성 완전 반영됨

酒店很大，非常安靜，環境很漂亮，房間後門推開就直接進入花園了，房間設施比較舊了，但還是很喜歡這裏，連住了好幾天，特別適合親子。去迪士尼很方便，在酒店花園的草地上看迪士尼煙花秀的感覺超級棒。

酒店就在迪士尼附近，酒店專屬班車5分鐘可到達。內部設施舒適整潔，很滿意。

Really cute property with cute outside area. The room was spacious and comfortable. I liked that they had a shuttle to Disneyland. The breakfast buffet was good. My only complaint was the waffles and pancakes weren’t that great, but could be due to them sitting in a warmer. But they had a nice selection of other items both hot and cold to choose from.

I don't want to say too much here, but we always love to stay here when we go to Disneyland. A perfect place. location, shuttle, a little store inside with snacks, food, coffee. great shuttle drivers, comfortable rooms. a classic Anaheim Hotel. If I say too much more people will go and the price will go up.

I am a gold member and was given a free upgrade at check in. It was not an upgrade at all! The room was filthy. The shower had a dirt ring, the shower head had mold and the shower curtain had black spots/dirt. The counters, desk, and dresser had smears (not sure what it was). The sheets had stains. I travel with Clorox wipes (i have little kids) so i cleaned the room before I let the kids use/touch anything. They do not do daily maid service so on our 3rd day as we were leaving to Disneyland I stoped by the front desk and and to have our trash emptied, more toilet paper and clean towels. I told them we will be at the park all day so the room will be empty. We got home from the park around 8ish and nothing was done. I called the desk to let them know, about 30 minutes later we got towels, no toilet paper (let’s be real that was the most important item with a family of 4) - and i just finally put the trash cans outside the door. It was now after 9pm and needed to get the kids to sleep. Parking is almost 30 dollars a day, so after paying 600+ for the dirty room and 100+ for parking we will be looking for other accommodations when going to Disneyland. We are season ticket holders and go once a month, and used to love this location with the shuttle. (We literally have stayed at this hotel over 10 times) - but with the rising fees, no daily maid service anymore it’s just not worth it.

Our stay here was for the closeness to Disneyland and the pictures made it look super magical. We stayed in the castle bunk bed. Make sure you figure out how to turn the lights off or you will be sleeping with lights on all night. The queen bed was pretty uncomfortable. So those things could do with an upgrade. The staff was nice and the food was good for an easy dinner. The convenience shop was super convenient (slightly over priced). Over all the stay was just fine for being close ish to Disneyland and the shuttle back and forth was great.

This was our second time staying at the Anaheim Majestic Garden. We loved the castle theming and the proximity to Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. Besides that everything was rather middle of the road. We had several worms in our room and all they did was move us to a second floor room. The staff wasn’t overly helpful or welcoming. Just really unimpressed by the place this time around. Also, we were in town for a convention and had previously stayed there for a convention that they provided a shuttle to. This was not offered this time even though we saw plenty of people staying there in town for the convention. More than likely we won’t be back.

Everything was wonderful. Except the beds and pillows. Need new of them all. Hard and kinda comfortable. Despite that, we will still stay again and bring our own pillows

Walking around the property the gardens and restaurants are all so beautiful, and the hotel has everything we could need and more

The hotel is old and outdated. Our room did not have many amenities, and it seemed more like a motel room than a hotel room. It was only for one night and I wasn’t there for long, so it was OK to just sleep although the bed was quite saggy as well. I wouldn’t stay there again.
