Ulasan Nongzai Guesthouse (Sanya Wuzhizhou Island Houhai)

Pertama kali saya datang ke Sanya, homestay tersebut direkomendasikan oleh seorang teman. Rasanya enak. Kamar memiliki banyak tema. Saya memilih kamar seperti tinggal di hutan. Saya suka itu. Alasan utamanya adalah harganya sangat bagus. Selain itu, restoran di lantai pertama homestay juga dibuka oleh Bos di rumahnya sendiri dan makan makanan khas lokal (empat kacang carob, hidangan revolusioner, Hainan Sambo). Bos sangat baik. Dia tidak membawa baju renang ketika dia datang ke Sanya. Dia juga membawa saya untuk membeli baju renang dan memperkenalkan saya untuk berselancar. Yang paling penting adalah, saya sangat beruntung kemarin. Saya makan kelapa segar dari rumah bos. Setelah saya minum jus, saya juga membantu saya mengeluarkan daging kelapa untuk saya makan. Itu adalah pengalaman yang luar biasa. Lain kali. Sanya masih tinggal di rumahnya.

The nicest thing I can say about this place is that you get what you pay for. When we got to the hotel, the person at the reception was unfriendly and said the room type we booked is unavailable so they’ll put us in a twin room. No apology, no promise to move us to the room we booked, just threw the card on the counter. Only when I reciprocated his unfriendly attitude he promised to move us to a double room the next day. The younger staff (son?) was a lot more friendly, so I guess it’s the luck of the draw who you’ll encounter. The room we got initially was a shambles: paint peeling from the ceiling, children’s doodles on the walls, floor of questionable cleanliness. Unfortunately it was a Saturday so I couldn’t find an alternative in Houhai as it gets very busy on the weekends. As others have mentioned it is LOUD; it’s at the end of the only road that leads to the entrance to Houhai so you’ll hear honking every few minutes starting from early morning till late at night. Also there is no soundproofing, so you will also hear all the children and people talking/shouting at each other across the hallway. Oh, and the cleaning staff is fond of dragging the furniture around the rooms while they clean so you’ll get to hear that as well. Haven’t had a good nights’ sleep throughout the stay. All in all, I’d say learn from our mistakes and book elsewhere. Houhai is great and we’ll definitely be back but won’t be staying here again.

Bare bones but clean and appealingly decorated. Wifi only seemed to be available via Meituan app which meant no net connection for laptops. But then again, if you’re only in Houhai to stay in a hotel room, you’re doing it wrong. If you need somewhere to lay your head and somewhere with easy access for taxis, then this does the job. Recommended.

It’s a good option if you are on a budget and want to still be near the beach. Rooms are ok, shower makes the whole bathroom and toilet wet though. I will stay again for the convenience

Very good location for my short stay, not the best if you don't speak Chinese as I was waiting around for ages just to get my key updated as I couldn't get into my room

This hostel is an ok budget stay. You stay on the first Street with the cars just next to the village entrance. Room is not cleaned during your stay (maybe if you ask, I'm not sure). There is no party noise, but you hear car and street noise. It's walking distance to everywhere in Houhai, very close to the beach.

位置不錯，出店右行20米步行一條街，有點廈門鼓浪嶼的味道，左側走30米就是沖浪🏄♂️的海邊，超級熱鬧，上午10點就有不不人了，下午14點以後最為熱鬧，晚上酒吧依然火爆。民宿服務大眾化談不上很好。入住的房間比較潮濕，空調抽濕運轉時常出現故障式的響聲，已影響休息。
