Ulasan Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam - North Riverside, an IHG Hotel

Tempat tidur yang sangat nyaman, sarapan yang lezat, dan yang terpenting akses mudah ke bandara dan kereta api. Hanya satu halte dari situs Anne Frank yang menakjubkan dan banyak lokasi lainnya. Harga yang terjangkau untuk lokasi yang bagus.

Saya memesan kamar di lantai atas dengan pemandangan yang menakjubkan. Saya sangat menyukai kamarnya. Anda dapat dengan mudah melihat stasiun pusat Amsterdam dari dalam kamar. Sarapannya agak ramai. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan.

Secara umum, hotel ini relatif baru dan merupakan Holiday Inn dengan desain yang sangat menarik, terutama desain lobi. Kamarnya relatif luas, jadi ini adalah pilihan yang baik jika Anda bepergian untuk pertemuan Tao. Jika Anda bepergian, Anda juga dapat mempertimbangkan untuk tinggal di sini dan Anda dapat naik feri gratis ke Stasiun Pusat Amsterdam. Secara relatif, rasio harga/kinerja relatif tinggi. All good just the walking distance from metro to the hotel can be a bit challenging if you have luggage.

Rooms are clean, staffs are friendly. There is a supermarket right beside . Breakfast kinda boring as there isnt alot of varieties.

That room was big and nice view

The hotel was so bad service, we are 15:40 AM arrived there, but room was not ready and then we waited over 40 minutes. After that they gave us twin bedroom, we are couple :(. We asked why we took a twin bedroom, they said, not for standard room, if you book only premium room, you can take one bedroom. But by the reservation, it was choose, one bed or twin bed. So in the night, room lights are broken not off. We couldn’t sleep well, because lights weren’t working off.

They gave us an ice cold room with a broken A/C first. We complained multiple times and the same guy who gave us the room kept promising that someone will come and fix it but we waited for 1hr and no one came. We didn't like the service that we got or the attitude from that guy whos name stars with an "M". so we talked to another guy "Rowan" and he was very professional. He offered a free upgrade and gave us a better room with a working A/C. Thank you Rowan!

The hotel is beautiful… very attractive and very nice. Clean room and surroundings.

My experience at this hotel was quite bad since arrival. Edoardo was at the counter when I checked in. After asking him about places around the area to have a late dinner (9:30pm) he said that restaurants were closed, “this is Netherlands, this is not Chile” he said in such a racist way. I confronted him immediately, shocked by the way I was welcomed to the hotel. Once in my room, the noise was extremely loud. The hotel is surrounded by many night clubs that are open during weekends until ~7am. Of course, they don’t tell you that when booking and still assign guests to rooms closer to the clubs without warning them. I couldn’t sleep and complained; they said they would normally call the police but they can’t do much because the noise level is within norms. The next morning, I asked them to either change my room or send me to another hotel. There were many guests complaining about the same situation and even staff said that the hotel should refund them. They changed my room the second day and I was still able to hear the loud music. This is not a hotel that offers good rest to guests during weekends. Overall, I experienced unfortunate circumstances. Very poor customer service; I’m still waiting for my refund.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel! It's in a pretty convenient location that's just a 13 minute walk away from a free ferry (that comes every 5 minutes or so) and gets you to Amsterdam Centraal within 3 minutes. The room (we had a queen + sofa bed combo) was decently sized, comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the included breakfast - cold cuts, hard-boiled eggs, breads/pastries of all kinds, and yogurt were the main options, and they were tasty; the area was also spacious and they had the food dispersed throughout, so even though it was busy at times, there wasn't really any wait ever. They also had a lovely library space in the lobby that was perfect for working or reading. Would absolutely stay again if we found ourselves back in the city!
