Fasilitasnya bersih dan lokasinya bagus, saya bepergian sendirian dan menyenangkan karena tenang di malam hari.

Le personnel était très sympathique L hôtel est très bien situé près d un petit parc pas loi. Des coffee ou des restaurants L hôtel b est pas loin des musées non plus , endroit très central La chambre était petite mais le lit très confortable et très calme avec tout ce qu il faut pour passer un petit week-end Je recommande pour les jeunes c est nickel pour se balader dans Amsterdam

Tempat ini sudah tua, ketinggalan jaman dan kotor. Mereka mengiklankan 'balkon' untuk kamar saya dan letaknya di belakang properti, ditutupi dengan sampah (botol Gatorade, kaleng bir, dll). Ada sebuah meja kecil kotor dengan sebotol tembakau kunyah dan puntung rokok di dalamnya. Menjijikkan. Alasan mereka adalah petugas kebersihan terlalu tua untuk membuang sampah. Dan tamu-tamu lain mengobrol di lorong dan membanting pintu sampai jam 4 pagi. Jika Anda menghargai kebersihan dan ketenangan, JANGAN TINGGAL DI SINI.

Will not be returning!! King size bed is two single beds pushed together with a topper laid on top after two nights on bed they pushed apart so i had to ***** the bed to push back together and that's when i found a blood stained topper that i had been sleeping on for two days!!!! no smoking anywhere in the hotel but staff smoking **** underneath balcony! No tea coffee in room shower dribbles out While in room you could hear everything from others room could even hear girl next door to me having a wee due to NO carpets or rugs anywhere in hotel so sound travels the key cards are waste of time they open all the doors in the hotel had one man open our door while we were getting ready looking for his friend! The stairs are a death trap, use the lift well add 10 mins to your journey and don’t get a room next to it as you won’t be sleeping I have been many times to Amsterdam and I have to say worse place I ever stayed at only good thing to say was location

The room had mold, cobb webs, and mysterious splatter on the walls. The shower did not have a proper door/drainage which caused for water to go everywhere. The lights also did not work properly and constantly flickered/turned off. I would not choose to stay for more than a day or two

Not sure of her name but the receptionist lady with long black hair has absolutely awful customer service skills the hotel it’s self is conveniently located that’s the best I can say the whole hotel is very worn and shabby wall paper falling off the walls in the communal areas the room was so hot with no control in the room the room we stayed in smelt off damp we stayed for 4 days the room was not cleaned once or sheets changed. When we got to in the room the bed clothes were dirty with brown stains on shower looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned in months

Felt like in between a hotel and a hostel but in a good way. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room is exactly what is needed. A space with a end and a bathroom

Pros: spacious room and location. Within walking distance from shops, restaurants and museums. Cons: there were no cleaning services during our stay! We stayed for 3 nights and nobody came to clean. At night we could hear everything from every room of the hotel. Footsteps, voices, toilet flushes, everything... No sound proof at all. Even though the hotel has a 24-hour front desk there is no control who enters the hotel. Anyone could get in at any time, no questions asked. A cat is most of the times siting on top of the reception desk.
