Ulasan Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam - Sloterdijk Station, an IHG Hotel

Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan stasiun Sloterdijk Amsterdam dimana kita bisa menemukan seluruh moda transportasi disana dari mulai Bus, tram, Metro dan Train serta termasuk juga Bus Antar Kota dan Antar Negara jika kita ingin bepergian ke Brussels, Paris dan Negara lainnya yang dekat dengan Amsterdam. Untuk kualitas Hotel saya pikir IHG Group dalam hal ini Holiday Inn Express Sloterdijk telah memberikan layanan sesuai standar IHG yakni recognized sebagai member IHG, staff yang ramah dan well service, kondisi Hotel dan kamar yang bersih dan nyaman untuk istirahat dan tentunya menu makanan yang menurut saya sudah lebih dari cukup untuk ukuran Hotel Bintang 3. Dan Hotel ini juga sudah bertemakan ramah lingkungan.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located next to a train station. Staff was friendly.

Hands down the best location if you wanna be away from the center crowd but also wanna be close to pretty much everything. The staff was great. We got late for breakfast a couple of times and the staff was so kind to extend their breakfast timing just for us.

This is located one station from the central railway station. Allow me to arrive from other cities and stay one night here before going to Schiphol Airport. It is really a hotel banking on railway proximity. Has a number of eateries in an otherwise office, residential neighbourhood.

The bedroom is spacious and heating bars in the toilet is excellent. Love the cleanliness of the room and hotel. Nice service staff in the breakfast room. The guy opened up the buffet breakfast at 6am for us, 14paxs to pack our breakfast for our onwards early journey to Paris. Tqvm ya🥰🙏. Strategic location, just beside the train station.

I had to write this Review unfortunately this is was not a good experience. The first night when we booked the receptionist was nice a man by the name of kafra. When we arrived on our floor there were dirty plates in the corner the odour smelt really mouldy and the carpets are worn out and stained. My room had hair on toilet and in sink, I tried to ring down but couldn't get any assistance so had to clean myself, the room has a disgusting odour like it's been smoked in. Cigarette burns on carpet. Then on Saturday 2nd of September there was a fight or something on the 5th floor with alot of banging, slamming and swearing for ages I tried to call reception once again no answer I was so scared and the trains stop at midnight so I had no where to escape to. Thank god I was only there for 3 days because I didn't feel safe. Being a female on my own I was very scared on that Saturday.
