Hands down the best hotel ive ever stayed at, my daughter loved the swimming pool, the only downside is that i wish there was a portable remote control for the AC instead of having to walk out of bed just to adjust the temperature, other than that, all was perfect!! 10/10

Our stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. We had to change rooms twice in one day. The first room was extremely noisy due to traffic sounds outside, and after one night, we were told there was a leak. They moved us to another floor, where we were constantly disturbed by a loud, repetitive noise every ten minutes.
To make matters worse, the bellboy couldn’t understand English, making it impossible to communicate our issues. After a long day out, we returned to find the noise still persisting, making it impossible to sleep. We had to call the front desk in the middle of the night to change rooms again. This entire experience was exhausting, and we barely got any sleep.
This hotel does not deserve even one star. It was a truly horrible experience.
