Our stay at the Borgo Santandrea was extraordinary. The original 1960 hotel is carved into Amalfi stone cliffs at the sea’s edge and was recently transformed into a Relais & Chateau state of the art gem. This Michelin starred Italian slice of heaven is noted for its dining and outstanding service. Borgo Santandrea is the only Amalfi hotel that offers a private sandy beach club, Marinella. This Mediterranean styled villa hotel is perfection and not to be missed. I cannot wait to return! Grazie Mille

The Borgo deserves ten stars. Never has a hotel made obsession over every detail feel so effortless. Every hidden corner of the hotel is beautiful. The service is world class, every bit of food was incredible, and especially the breakfast is the most enjoyable we’ve ever had. It’s the kind of hotel you leave and immediately start planning your next visit. Bravo to everyone who designed, built, and runs this slice of heaven.

There’s not much more to add to what all the other reviewers wrote. 100% on point-best hotel during our trip. Hotel- beyond 5 star. Rooms-perfection down to every detail. Staff and service- amazing. Breakfast-unforgettable and one of a kind. Location-great and shuttle to town is very convenient. Lunch at beach restaurant was out of this world. Julia and team will take care of you. Marco will ensure you want for nothing while on the beach. They even Packed us breakfast boxes for early departure. If you can treat yourself to this gem don’t hesitate- worth every penny. Our only regret was having to leave but we will definitely plan to return!

My wife and I were overwhelmed, grateful and sad leaving this amazing resort. The unlimited generosity of the staff with the sole purpose of making sure that our stay was unforgettable. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and pampered and therefore we want to thank Maurizio the owner, Alfonso,Lorenzo, Alesia and Maria at the reception, Lucio and Chiara the concierges and Stefano the Maitre, Manuela, Roberto and Ileana for their hospitality at the Alici restaurant as well as Marcela, Italia, Nicola, Marco and Andrea at breakfast. The delightful breakfast which is included in the rate offers multiple alternatives, great fruits, home made breads, grissinis and coffee. The food was delicious at the restaurants and since we are vegetarians we were offered excellent alternatives. The Borgo Santandrea is a monument to good taste and refinement. Our room had a balcony with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean and the linens as well as the bathroom’s Acqua di Parma amenities were excellent. Thank you all for making our visit so remarkable!

It’s the third consecutive year that I have taken refuge in this jewel of the Amalfi Coast for my summer relaxation period. I could write whole pages about the charm of this place, the scents of the flowers that frame it, and the flavors of the dishes I have tasted in front of that cerulean sea. The little beach is so intimate, away from the noise and equipped with all possible comforts. The staff is all very kind and immediately available to meet the needs of the guests. I felt pampered, embraced by this eighth wonder of the world! I have already booked for next year!

My stay at Borgo Santandrea was truly exceptional. The hotel beautifully combines mid-century design with Mediterranean charm. The views are absolutely breathtaking—every room and common area offers stunning vistas of the coast. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Maurizio, Tanno, and Alessandro were particularly outstanding, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Maurizio, the co-owner, greeted us personally, making us feel like VIPs. Their warm yet professional service set the perfect tone for our visit. The hotel's private beach, accessible by a unique elevator, felt like our own little paradise. The Beachclub team was fantastic. Borgo Santandrea is a true gem on the Amalfi Coast, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

I note that we were not guests of the hotel. We stopped for lunch while cruising the Amalfi Coast. The lunch was excellent, the staff friendly, the ambiance and interior (what we saw) fantastic. They let us use the beach club, the most beautiful beach and beach club in Amalfi. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon, definitely a hotel that will be my choice for next visit of region.

We had a great time. The hotel could use a little more attention to detail. For example, the room was dirty upon arrival and no one congratulated us regarding our engagement. Other than these two minor issues, we had a nice stay and would visit again.

My Family and I had the most magical week. The staff are amazing and the attention to detail in everything is impeccable. We will definitely be back! The food was delicious! The location is perfection. The views from this hotel are exquisite. The cleanliness is excellent. The hotel itself captures the true beauty of the Amalfi coast.

This was our 2nd stay at Borgo and was just as perfect as the 1st 2 years ago. Everything was perfect from the gorgeous rooms, unbelievable views, beach you dream about, and best staff of any hotel I’ve ever encountered. Management is personable and will do anything to make your stay perfect. All the waitstaff were so attentive and caring. By the end you feel like this is home. I plan to come back for years to come. We LOVE Borgo..

Can’t say enough about this place. While other famous hotels on the Amalfi Coast rest on their fame without much effort, Borgo Sant’Andrea takes service to another level, thanks in great Part to Maurizio - owner and manager - who is omnipresent and oversees every detail to make sure your stay is perfect. Food, setting and service all superb. One of my new 3 favorite hotels anywhere in the Mediterranean.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Borgo. Staff is incredible, sweet and attentive. Rooms are lovely, though the curtains do not accomplish full blackout. Pillows, mattress, and sheets are not great. Rooms are all tile which is stunning but acoustically it is not ideal for quiet time. For example, I could hear the housekeepers talking in the hallway regularly. The food is so delicious and the breakfast spread is unparalleled. The restaurants are fantastic - have lunch and/ or dinner here if you are not staying. Probably the nicest hotel on Amalfi. One complaint - we had an extra nice room with private outdoor space but every other guest can see into the space and you can hear every word the adjacent private space is saying, what they are smoking and what music they are playing. It was annoying and we did not use our outdoor space much for that reason so i’d advise to just get a regular room.
