Nice hotel. I was charged an extra $35.21. I don't know why.I checked in around 1am and checked out by 11am. I stayed for just 10 hours.

Staff was very and welcoming it was one lady that worked there I wish I knew her name she had black and pink hair she was so understanding my daughter left her shoes by the pool the other worker there told me where it was if they wasn’t so far I would be there every weekend

I’ve stayed here a few times and never had any issues. The room is fine and the hotel staff is very polite. The breakfast wasn’t bad either. The room also has something like a black out shade for when you want to sleep in.

Great visit as always, love this location, we will be back!!

Our family stayed here when visiting Xtreme Off Roading and it was perfect. The hotel was close to the park about 15 mins. Clean rooms, good breakfast, great customer service.

Upon my arrival I was greeted by the front desk. In no time I was provided my room key and made aware of breakfast the next day. Overall experience was excellent. Awesome person at the front desk. She is able to multitask and ensure all is well with the customers.

Everything seems to be falling apart. The faucet in the shower was popped off the wall. The grout was peeling. Paint on the walls peeling. Cracks in some of the walls. We waited for 20minutes to get a room key. The pool was really dirty. The bathroom for the pools had a fridge in the center ? The gate for the pool doesn’t work so the poor staff had to use a stick grabber thing to open. It’s right off the highway so it’s LOUDDDD in the rooms and I like white noise to sleep. Honestly just not what was expected. Breakfast was alright but nothing to write home about.

The fire alarm went off several times while we were there waking us out of our sleep at 3am!! Ugh

Reserved a double queen room so my son could have his own bed while in town for a football tournament. At check in, was told there weren’t anymore double queens and we would have a king bed with a rollout bed. The rollout bed not only took up a lot of space in the room, it was hard and uncomfortable. My son needed good quality sleep for his tournament and he did not get that. The TV in the room did not work. The cable and auxiliary cords were taped up in the back as if to keep the cords un place. Front desk did not care and said they were fully booked and could not move us. The entire weekend was uncomfortable due to not being able to just relax

I was in room 426. I kept hearing a banging. I thought it was someone knocking a door in the hall way. It kept going. After hearing it around 2am i figured out it was the pipes. It was after 2. I was so tired so we just kept are ear plugs and went to bed. We erre gone the eft the next day got backaround midnight. Same problem next day. Veey disappointing. Adviaed front desk the next day.

Amazing! We loved they the hotel was and smelled clean. Awesome breakfast!!

Clean room, comfy beds, hot shower water and an excellent breakfast. Last but not least, very good and friendly housekeeping crew and front desk clerk.

Staff and service were polite and very nice, good breakfast, helpful staff, clean. Family and I enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in the future.
