Had a great time lodging here. Would definitely do again next time l visit.

I booked this hotel because I need fly to Spain from Beauvais. I arrived here at 10pm and I was very tired. At that time, there was only one security guard in charge of check-in in the store, and an appointment number was required to check in on the machine. After I provided it, he said that there is a problem with the number and then checked on their system, telling them that they did not receive my online payment because of a problem with my credit card. It didn't help that I showed him my payment history, I contacted Trip's customer service and couldn't solve it in time, so I made a new payment because we were too tired and needed to rest. The store staff's English is not very good so it is very difficult to communicate, and I need to go to the airport to catch my flight the next day so I don't have time to argue. I am really disappointed that this matter is still not resolved.

Lovely environment

I stayed here on a business trip two years ago. The hotel is very clean and the surrounding environment is quite quiet. Taking a taxi is also very fast.

The location is bad. The rooms are very small. We knew that it would not be possible to check in because it was early in the morning. We just wanted to leave the luggage in the safe deposit box. They did not accept it at first, but when we insisted, they accepted it by force. This is the first time we encountered such a situation. Very clean room and hotel, we don't sleep there. Super good, very quiet. Near to all facilities.

Clean reserved family room, easy parking and secure parking. Environment close to shops and gas stations as well as fast food restaurants!

The services were good the room also it was clean but the beds the comfortable it was a bit with hair it was really dirty but the sheets were clean around the room also it was clean the bathroom clean but only the comfortable it was a little hair

The room has everything you needed, very clean but with a low pillow. The air conditioning was very warm and that helped in the -4 winter. The breakfast was complete buffet style. And best of all, next to restaurants and shopping, and 10 minutes from the airport. And there is a taxi center that serves guests, which is very important because Uber/Bolt would cancel when the journey was short and during flight times the fares would be up to 60 euros instead of 14 euros. And the taxi charged 25.
