The room smells musty on the first night. On the second day, the smell is much better. Location is perfect, near subway and shopping area

Well ,the room was clean. The breakfast was free and very delicious.. It was Chinese/English breakfast..The rooms are quite affordable I would definitely recommend it to travelers on a budget but want to be comfortable. The location is good as well having a lot of restaurants close by.

房間好多蚊子，咬了我一晚上，商家提供的電蚊香液根本沒什麼用。 而且衞生不過關，床單是臟的，不知道酒店寫的床上用品三天一換是啥意思，難不成不是一客一換？ 玻璃也是碎的，晚上風稍微大點，就一直髮出響聲，一晚上都沒睡好。 總之 不推薦！！！！！

服務：本來定的標間，後來免費換成大床房了，不想要走廊盡頭的房間後面也給換了，前台小姐姐很温柔，打印的需求也會滿足。 環境：房間很寬敞，木製商務風，對我來講有家的感覺，周邊不是鬧市區，隔音也很不錯，很安靜，耳塞都沒用上。 衞生：酒店不是很新，不過衞生還是可以的

酒店前台服務非常好，最初住的房間淋浴頭有些不通暢，和前台反應之後立刻給我換了新房間，新房間體原房間更大，環境更好了，十分感謝前台小姐姐😄酒店環境很好，無錫也很漂亮，值得大家選擇
