From the moment we stepped on board the very clean river cruiser and were greeted by the friendly team of 4, we knew this would be just what we needed.Comfortable accommodation,outstanding vegetarian food for all 3 meals and wonderful service. Highly recommend (We didn’t take the picture ! )

To totally magical experience in the lap of luxury. The scenery is stunning and the boat clean and comfortable. The meals for the trip were freshly prepared by the crew and were delicious and beautifully presented. The bedroom is air conditioned and there is a wet room with all provisions provided. The staff are incredible and cannot do enough for you. Would highly recommend and hope to come back one day for a two day cruise.

The most incredible time staying on a beautiful houseboat (Chalaryi) and cruising the backwaters of Kerala. The team (Sony, ***oj, JJ and Joby) were amazing, so attentive to our every need. The chef prepared the most wonderful meals, and we loved trying the traditional food, tailored to our specific tastes! They were so welcoming and friendly, nothing was a trouble and we felt so comfortable and safe under their care. We would highly recommend Xandari because of the wonderful experience the team provided us with! The facilities exceeded our expectations - the room was so comfortable, beyond ***y hotels! There was AC and a well equipped bathroom with everything we needed! We truly felt spoiled in this authentic but luxurious, very unique experience! We will definitely return! Our only regret is that we didn't stay for longer and book several nights! Thank you so much for everything - it was truly perfect!

I strongly recommend this experiece. Views are beautifull and the staff very profetional. In addition, I am celiac and they coocked everything for us gluten free. They had aknowledge about this diet (which is very weard in that area) and they adabted all meals.

We had an incredible 1 night experience with Xandari. The boat was clean, comfortable and safe, food was delicious, and the standout was the service. Our crew of Aneesh, ***n and Kannan was kind, friendly, informative and above what we expected. Thank you to the team for making our experience so special! This overnight stay on the Xandari houseboat was the perfect end to our trip to India. Only sorry it wasn’t longer; next time! The boat was so comfortable and the staff onboard who looked after us were 100% professional and so kind. Had the best sleep on a very comfortable bed and bathroom/shower facilities very efficient considering being on a boat. 100% recommend this company. We were recommended this rice barge experience by our travel agent, and I have to say that it exceeded any expectations we had. We got to the mooring station at around 12.30pm, and our bags were brought on board. These things are luxurious: the bedroom was of good hotel standard and air conditioned. We had an upper deck, and spent most of our time there just loving the views during the sail. However, the big surprise was the three meals we ate on board: all were absolutely splendid and plentiful. You will not starve! Take your own wine/beer on board. The crew of three were just wonderful: they were helpful, kept out of the way to lt us enjoy the experience, but were always there if you needed anything. I can't speak highly enough of them! This was the highlight of our three weeks in Southern India - it should be an essential part of any tour. Highly recommended.

The crew were excellent. We had Soni ***n and Ravere on the boat. They were so helpful especially as my husband is disabled. The food was delicious and the bedroom was very spacious with an excellent shower. The landscape was beautiful and we had a very tranquil stop over

A day on a houseboat in the Kerala backwaters might be a tourist cliche but that’s for a reason. It was the most delightful 24 hours of relaxation and a wonderful tonic after two weeks of hectic touring in Southern India. The crew were very friendly, our room was air-conditioned with an en-suite bathroom and the food was excellent. Next time we might spend another day.
