Ulasan City Hotel Alger

The worst experience in Algeria - Booked a suite superior room for two guests but the receptionist provided the smallest queen room for single occupancy. Had asked the receptionist to change the room but the receptionist will not care about the request. Contacted Trip.com for assistance but the hotel ignored all the emails and calls from the agent. The air conditioning system is broken so you will expect to sleep with the window opened and mosquitoes around you. No restaurant close by so a distant walk to find a relatively good restaurant.

We have been to the City hotel three times now and we love to stay there. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful and want to give you the best experience. It’s located at a perfect place. Close to a square, stores and the metro. I recommend this hotel if you want a pleasant stay in Algiers in a nice and comfortable hotel.

It's in the heart of Algiers. Very convenient to go around. The kabyle guy at the front desk was so kind. The breakfast is very simple.

The location is good. It is within walking distance to the main bus station and the main train station and it’s only five minutes walk to the nearest Metro station. Even at Ramadan, dear many restaurants and cafés and shops nearby. The hotel itself is not too good. the staff are very unhelpful and they refuse to help you with luggage. They are also unwilling to answer questions about transportation, except selling You tours.

Great hotel in central Algiers - with good links to the metro, to Agha station (trains for the airport and further afield!) - and walking distance to other places in central Algiers. The staff are really friendly - breakfast is carb heavy, but really good. Very clean. It doesn't offer much else apart from room and breakfast - hence low score on facilities, but otherwise, great!

I have travelled a lot in the Middle East and North Africa - and people in these countries are the most friendly and hospitable you will find anywhere in the world. But even compared to those standards, the staff of City Hotel are extremely helpful and friendly. They will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and help with any issue at hand - even sharing their home-cooked food with me (best food I had in Algiers!). So if you think about visiting Algiers, book this hotel! It has good facilities at a very convenient location, but most of all: the best staff you will find anywhere in the world. Highly recommended!!

Good location for Agha train station, less than 10min walk away. Strong, reliable wifi. The only downside, as a Coeliac, was the breakfast which is mainly bread and pastries, which I'm allergic to.

هذا الفندق هو أسوء فندق بالعالم ولا يستحق ان يسمى فندق . وسخ جدا مليئ بالبعوض و البق ولم استطع ان انام طوال الليل بالإضافة إلى الأخلاق السيئة لموظف الاستقبال كما لا توجد أحذية فى الحمام ولا فرشة أسنان و المناشف متسخة جدا و فوق كل هذا السعر غالي جدا . اعتقد ان كل التقييمات الإجابية لم تكتب من قبل نزلاء حقيقيون بل من قبل طاقم الفندق . بعد هذه التجربة احسست اننى تعرضت لعملية احتيال

L'hotel si trova in una ottima posizione, vicina a due fermate di metro. Una strada commerciale e molto movimentata. Il personale dell'hotel molto disponibile e cortese. Le camere sono pulite e semplici. La sala colazioni è confortevole anche per una sosta durante il giorno
