Hotel is clean and simple. The bathroom is a bit small to put a bath tub in it. The gym is free to use. Would book again

Mi abuelita y tía se alojaron aquí por unos días mientras me visitaban y les encantó. La habitación era cómoda y con una pequeña cocina para poder hacer sus cositas, lavadora y también un lavaplatos. Incluía el desayuno y todo súper variado con frutas, yogur, huevos, pan y más. También la limpieza estuvo muy bien, sin ninguna queja. Como mi abuelita es menos ágil gastaba unos 20 y pico min para llegar al centro centro si fuera a caminar pero igual es muy agradable la ubicación porque está cerca de la playa. Muy recomendable!

Beautiful hotel in Algeciras close to everything one would desire. Shops bars pubs clubs and a decent array of restaurants seafood etc. our hotel room was very nice and modern plentiful to say the least. All in all we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I would highly recommended booking here.

One of the worst places in Spain. Window frames are broken, so you sleep with open windows. Very noisy. A lot of strange, old smell in the room, you can't even bare this smell. Including smell of towels and bed linens. Very poor breakfast.

We had booked the wrong size of apartment in error and they managed to accommodate us with an extra room which was helpful. The hotel is in a good location and there are shops nearby if you want to use your self-catering facilities. The port is not far away either. In terms of the self-catering there can be (but check what you are getting!) washing machines, microwaves, cookers etc. The car parking is very secure in that you need a member of staff to let you in and out. On arrival, stop outside and go to reception to get assistance for this. The only issue was you did feel like you could be potentially annoying each time you wanted to take the car out and in. However, the did always look patient!

Quick 1 night stay in a 2 bedroom family room before taking the ferry to Morocco. The room was excellent size, clean and well decorated. The room also had a washer/dryer which was handy. It's not a close walk to the port or bus depot. Algeciras has limited taxi vans meaning if your party is more than 4 people you need to book 2 taxis.

Not what we had expected, the breakfast is NOT worth to pay for. WIFI worked the first evening after that it wasn´t working in the room we got got compensated with to bottles of water at checkout......

The hotel is very nice.. the staffs are friendly they entertain the guest very well and assist..very nice rooms the toilet is clean.. the bar is very nice..breakfast is verygood,lunch is verygood, dinner also is verygood..

Mercure hotel is one of the best hotel located in the center of Algeciras in my experience they serve very good during my stay in the hotel.their breakfast,lunch and dinner is very nice.the people in reception are very approachable.

Tengo a precisare che siamo clienti abituali della catena Accor e quindi ci appare evidente che questo hotel NON è nato come Mercure , ma lo é diventato per cambio di gestione. Belle camere, grandi, con angolo cucina completo di tutto, ma poi manca la cassaforte (!) e se lasciate a terra degli asciugamani, invece di cambiarli li rimettono a posto ... Comunque il rapporto qualità prezzo rimane molto buono.

Ho pernottato due notti presso questa struttura in ampia camera posta al settimo piano dotata di zona soggiorno con cucina, divano e scrivania, zona notte, bagno e terrazza. Peccato che qualche ospite ci avesse abbondantemente fumato e quindi anche i cuscini rilasciavano odore. Non so chi possa aver concepito l'idea di un bagno con il wc disposto in un angusto angolo di fronte al lavabo! Chiunque sia un minimo in carne o una donna incinta non riescono sicuramente ad utilizzarlo. La nota veramente dolente però è stata la colazione. Le tavole vengono sparecchiate e pulite dopo lunghissimo tempo dall'utilizzo, le sedie in stoffa sono piene di macchie, non ci sono cucchiaini e sto ancora aspettando l'uovo strapazzato ed il bacon richiesti alla ragazza della sala dopo che era terminati. Ampiamente ad di sotto dello standard Accor!
