The boat was too old. very basic facilities but the lunch and dinner was tasty and healthy. the breakfast was too basic .only idli ,sambhar and chutney. should improve breakfast .can atleast give some upma and banana. the ride was fine but they dont put the ac in common areas unless we insist .considering they charge 6000 + for even a non ac room. The incharge was very polite and answered our queries .he also rode the boat efficiently. the support staff were also neat and tidy.

Recommend to provide some entertainment like indoor games, watch tv etc
suggesting to introduce kerala cuisine like appam or puttu for breakfast, banana fritters for evening snacks

The trip was really good. The crew members(gokul and team) hospitality is awesome. The food that they served is average only. However we bought a few items that they cooked and gave to us for dinner that was good. The boat stopped in a few locations, one place we took a speed boat that time gokul informed the speed boat owner by saying that they are all from our boat, please take care of them well. The speed boat guy took us 15 minutes adventure speed boat ride and gave enough time for everyone to take the snaps. The boat halt location also i got his suggestion to go out for sightseeing around 2 hrs( alleppey beach, a nearby rajarajeshwari temple and few shopping places) it was really worthy. Overall we loved this trip and didn't waste any of our time and quite occupied in activities and sightseeing. )

The boating experience was amazing, the staffs were amazing. Owners were bit reluctant to help in resolving the issues. The ac was not properly working and there was bed bugs. The bedsheets were changed by staffs but owner was not picking call few times. The food was good, music system was good but the washrooms are not upto the mark.

Booked night stay in deluxe house boat of my trip house boats. From 22nd mar to 23 mar 2024. Ac failed in the night due to low voltage. There is no power backup. Whole trip got spoilt. My trip house boat rep from office side not responded. There should be power back up of ac especially in kerla trip in house boat. My suggestion that booking deluxe house boat should be stopped. The condition boat is shabby and require maintenance. Like bathroom handle from inside broken in main bed room. In other room doors are such that any body pike in from out side and privacy is compromised. Overall average experience. However in my view it good to book any ship for day and for night stay go in hotels and not to stay in river side in boat. As it has interior area and no vehicles will be available to shift own.

Worst experience ever, i’ve booked ac deluxe room and still ac was not working. They parked boat much before sunset, so no benefit of booking houseboats, would never recommend this third class boat

The houseboat was clean, but the fan in the room was not working. The food on the boat was below average. They promised a candle light dinner, but all they arranged was a candle with the food. The driver was constantly persuading us to book ayurvedic massage which was a bit annoying. The ride was also very short and covered only a small patch of lake. Overall, the experience was below average.

Wow... just wow... what an experience. Awesome stay. Great Staff (Nandu,ind,remsh,kochettan), very helpful. Good food. Very well maintained houseboat. Best way to experience the real alleppey and the Backwaters. Overall an amazing experience.
